First time eating here as a family. The service was excellent!! The food came out so fast and was hot and delicious. The jalapeno cheese balls and fried pickles spears took us back to our home state – they were excellent. Will definitely bring our family back!!! This is my go to location never had an issues. Food is usually good and served hot! Decided to stop by for dinner ordered my #9 in drive thru. I always get their ranch don’t mind paying for it but today why does taste like bottled ranch I spent 2.40 for what I normally enjoy today was nasty. Then my burger was ice cold why sit in the drive thru 10 minutes for only the fries to be warm. I shouldn’t have to come home rewarm food I just purchased then it doesn’t taste right . Basically a waste of 17.00. I expect this bullshit from McDonald’s but not here and I’m not ok with that!!! If I could give 0⭐️ today I would but 1 is the option!

İ was just passing through Wichita one day and was looking for a fun place to stop for lunch and saw Bionic Burger. Boy am i glad i stopped here. The place was clean, staff was friendly, and the food was delicious! İ got a single bionic burger combo and the burger was mighty tasty! So fresh and delicious. The fries were fantastic. There were fresh cut, deeply golden, and seasoned so well. What a great treat this was to stop here. İ really likes the decor as well.

They have a little bit of everything perfect for a quick bite to eat. I love the glizzlys (hotdogs) and hot they’re sliced and cooked! You can also get chocolate shake or cherry limeades! I got fried Speer pickles also. The fries were in a huge little bucket lol there was plenty

The fries were cold the moment we got them. Burgers were ok except they didn’t taste fresh at all. My husband loves coming here for the burgers and I wish they would add something healthier to the menu, like salads or wraps.

Update: We thought we would give this location a try again. Got it and took it home and maybe that was the mistake. The number one cheeseburger that’s supposed to have mustard onion and both grilled and raw onion is what I ordered. Two circles of raw and barely any grilled which is really disappointing. My husband felt the same about his pork sandwich. My husband asked for fries and okra with his pork sandwich and only got his okra. I also ordered mushrooms with ranch but didn’t get the ranch. We ordered a favorite of funnel sticks. There was very few, 11 sticks is all that was in that order. This just means we will stop coming to this location again. Sigh…

HOWEVER, the last time my husband’s and I chose to dine here, an employee started their shift, promptly went behind the counter next to the food window and applied deodorant. That should always be done in the break area or bathroom. Never in food/drink prep area especially in front of the customer’s view. Granted this was a while ago, but it’s why we’ll always go to another location.
