Since Steve and Pam Majors opened the first Bionic Burger in Wichita in 1977, our place has always been more than just a place to eat. The absolute dedication to quality that Uncle Hank & Aunt Ruby began with and built a reputation for is as true in the new millennium as it was the 1940’s. In Wichita, we continue our commitment to making and serving something better. We have passed the tradition on to our daughter Raquel Chavez who assumed the ownership role in 2012.

All I can tell you is make sure you get a receipt because they do not charge you correctly. I always order the same 2 combo. meals the exact same way and my total is usually around 24. Dollars. However, I decided to change the drink to a shake and somehow my total went up $10 didn’t make any sense. So I questioned her, and she gave me the amounts, and it still didn’t make any sense. So I asked her for a receipt, she never gave me one Make sure you get your receipt. The quality used to be good but not anymore.

Burger was sloppy and wet from something. Added ketchup lettuce and tomato and onion and mustard already on it what is this other liquid. Onion rings are burnt and mushrooms are cold. Restaurant is closed so they won’t do anything about it but here are pics. Tried to eat the burger because I stolen 37$ and the meat is burnt do not come to the location it’s not bionic burger quality. 3rd update why is my strawberry shake not blended all of the way? I love Bionic Burger, honestly, but that’s just me. I’ve been coming here since this location was the only one and it was in the original spot before the tornado. If you’re not familiar with it, check out the history. The food is nothing fancy but it’s good. If you want fancy go some place else. If you want a good old fashioned burger and fries with good service and a smile, head on in.

Used to be pretty mid but I tried it again recently and the food is just… incredible. Staff are extremely friendly, the fried pickles are so juicy with a nice spice on it, and best of all the burgers are juicy and delicious. Everything is made fresh to order as well.

The employees are wonderful and generally positive & smiling. They actually interact with you, if you choose to. They are hardworking and fast. This location is generally well-staffed and truly appreciate their customers. I highly recommend the Haysville location!!!

PROs: Small establishment with a drive thru. Indoor and outdoor seatings and a park nearby (less than a mile) to enjoy the meal at. Friendly service. Average wait time. Food was hot and tasty.
CONs: From the drive-thru the inside looked nice. Unfortunately the outside was an eye sore and needs alot of attention (we opted to sit at the park). We chose this place because of the high ratings and it was close to get back onto 35 hwy.
Under $25 we ordered Philly Steak combo and Single Mushroom Swiss Burger/sweet potato fries combo.

We went around one in the afternoon. I had a chipotle burger and it was phenomenal. I also had fried pickles, not worth the price for what you get but good as well. 10/10 would go back for the burger but get a different side.
