Came here for pho on a rainy day and it was great! Staff is mad friendly and service was number one. I came in about 20 minutes after they opened so I could skip the lunch wait. They filled up pretty quick even though it was pouring.

Walked in and ordered the fresh spring rolls and vermicelli with chicken and tofu to go. The order was ready in < 10 minutes, the woman who took my order was very friendly, and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend!

Cozy little spot offering delicious soup. Vegetarian options available. Customers can also order the vermicelli rolls, and have the opportunity to try rolling for themselves. You may not do it as well as the cooks, but still a fun experience! The fried banana and ice cream is an excellent dessert.

Binh Minh Quan is an above average Vietnamese restaurant that is very clean with modern decor. One can tell it didn’t want to be another “ghetto” pho spot with cheap decor. A lot of thought went into the restaurant when they took over from the previous restaurant which was also Vietnamese.
