This was our very first time at Bing Bistro, and WOW, this place instantly became one of our new favorites! The food is out-of-this-world good, but what really made our visit special was our server. He was a young man (we didn’t get his name), but he was genuinely one of the best servers we’ve ever had. We had no idea what to order, and he guided us through the entire menu with the BEST recommendations.
We ended up getting the spicy cucumber salad, the wontons, the signature beef noodle soup, the Shanxi chili oil noodle, and the spicy Dan Dan noodle. Every single dish was incredible. He even recommended the perfect noodle size for each bowl and he was spot on. The noodles are fresh, handmade, bouncy, and absolutely phenomenal.
We fell in LOVE with this place. The flavors, the freshness, the service, everything was perfect. We will absolutely be coming back, and we’ve already started recommending Bing Bistro to everyone we know. If you’re thinking about going, GO. This is some of the best food we’ve ever had.

Service was slow – I ended up just grabbing my own pitcher of water and serving myself. I also went back and got myself extra napkins. The food was pretty mid – there wasn’t a depth of flavor in any of the dumplings or sauce. Slightly overpriced. Was not a fan of their noodles.

Food was excellent and the service was friendly. My only suggestion would be to clearly mention that a service fee is automatically added for parties of six or more. At the point of sale, the system asks if you’d like to leave a tip, which could be confusing if customers aren’t aware a service fee has already been included.
Transparency with customers is important. Other than that, we had a great time and would definitely come back.

authentic chinese cuisine with amazing hand pulled noodles & other varieties!dishes arrived quickly, fresh, and piping hot.
as a group of 14, the restaurant was able to seat us all together & the kitchen was able to accommodate for requests such as no spice & less salt

Slow service, we asking for several times for our food. The spicy beef noodles are too salty. The beef fried noodles are not smooth enough. Price is relatively high compared to other Chinese restaurants.

Fresh and legit! Friendly service and attentive staff. Laid back atmosphere with a cool open glass view of the chefs in the back doing their magic. Highly recommend!

I really liked my food I come with some coworkers so we shared a few things.
The spicy cold noodles were just a subtle spicy but at the same time refreshing on a 100°+ day
The mapo tofu was also delicious and the perfect texture. My only note that maybe a side of rice to soak some sauce up would be nice.
The pork buns/ dumplings are made in house and the filling was also very good.
The restaurant was very busy so if you needed something from a server you just had to be patient and get their attention. They were very friendly and you can tell they take pride in their restaurant too. I hope they are able to stick around for awhile.

Their hand pulled noodles are perfectly chewy and cooked to perfection. Their dough is perfect, highly recommend the chili wontons, signature beef noodles, and soup dumplings. The broth for the signature noodles was a little underflavored but with a little soy sauce, vinegar, & chili from the wontons, it was on point. If you like Happy Boa I would highly recommend you try Bing Bistro too!

Authentic Chinese cuisine, tasted just like the dishes my mom would make. Beef noodle soup is amazing and all the noodles taste fresh and handmade. Would get spicy if you can handle the heat. Homemade chili oil too. Soup dumplings just like din tai fung but much larger. Favorite item is their stir fried green beans coming here again, and again, and again.

It was definitely over hyped about this restaurant. The signature beef noodle soup was really good. We really like the broth and wide hand pull noodles. The spicy beef noodle is not spicy at all and the broth was ok. Xiao long bao is hit and miss but definitely handmade. Some of them have soup and definitely tastes better. Some are just dry where you can really taste the weird pork flavor. The beef chow fun is very interesting and instead of the flat noodles, they use kind of pad Thai noodle but the flavor and taste is acceptable. Our server was slightly slow and can’t count, gave us 3 plates (we have 5 people) and 8 chopsticks (idk why). Definitely needs more training.
