As someone who has been to Liuzhou three times and absolutely loves authentic luosifen, I can say this is one of the closest tastes to Liuzhou I’ve had in the U.S. The broth is rich and flavorful without being overwhelming, and everything comes together really well.
We came on their first day of opening, and although the water dispenser hadn’t been fully set up yet, the owners kindly gave us extra snail meat, which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. You can really tell they care about their customers.
If I had one small suggestion, it would be to add fried shallots — that would make it even more perfect.
Overall, highly recommended for anyone who loves luosifen or wants to try an authentic version!
