Visited this spot on our first night in Philly and loved it so much, we had to return the next day. Located on Passyunk Ave, the lively atmosphere adds to the experience with plenty of good options around.
The cheesesteak Baos were a standout—tender and juicy on the inside, perfectly crispy on the outside.
The Dan Dan noodles with Shitake, an adjustment recommended by the server, was a delightful surprise, flavor packed.
On our second visit with friends, the cheesesteak Baos still impressed, and we added pork soup dumplings, coconut shrimp tamales, birria beef egg rolls, and a shrimp curry bowl to the mix—all delicious.
We were so impressed with the fusion items like the shrimp tamales and the birria egg rolls, they’re really bringing out the best of Philly delicacies.
Don’t forget to try the cocktails; the green fire with peppers was a favorite.
Highly recommend this place for a flavorful and enjoyable dining experience.

We came for the soup dumplings, which we try in every single city. Not the most soupy. However, spinach dumplings were badass!! Also the carrots with tahini. Had a very nice dinner overall.

Moe had the best recommendations. We ate at bar which I rarely do and it was still so fun and spacious. Came on a Friday night with no reservation and was told it was a 10 min wait for a table for 2 but ended up enjoying the bar. I had the green drink (?) name forgotten but the chicken dumplings and matzo turnip cake dessert were the standouts. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.

I recently visited Bing Bing Dim Sum in Philly for happy hour, and it quickly became one of my favorite spots. The bao buns and dumplings were absolutely amazing – delicious flavors and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

If your looking for authentic stay away. But if you up for putting some tradition on its head and making some bold adventure into fusion-town please find some time to eat at Bing Bing Dim Sum. The real stand out is the cheese steak Bao but all the dumplings were different and worth a try. We had 8 people so we ordered basically everything. Some stuff was not our liking because we thought it was too sweet, but the different flavors were worth the risk.

To be honest I was shocked at how incredible everything was here. We got the cheese steak buns which I was skeptical of… and they were AMAZING! Additionally the soup dumplings were incredible and the pork shank build your own bun was just so fun and the flavors were SO rich and delicious!
I highly recommend this spot! No questions asked, this is five full stars!

Took a date here a few months ago after hearing great things about the place. We were seated quickly and our server was friendly and helpful with menu selections. Unfortunately, it seemed as our meal progressed the server disappeared for longer periods of time and we had to flag another server down. The food was unique, executed well and priced well for the area. I love the advertising they do on their signs!

Ate here for the first time for my birthday dinner (family girls night out) and there was not one thing about my experience that I didn’t like.
Our table shared an order of soup dumplings, shrimp dumplings, Dan Dan noodles, and cheesesteak bao buns. The food was absolutely delicious.
The atmosphere definitely had a really fun vibe and dining outside made the spot even more of a success.
The interaction with all of the staff was excellent and I can now say it’s one of my favorite restaurants on East Passyunk. I highly recommend.

Great find for us.
Small plate, tasty ones.
great ambience, amazing drinks.
Feel so poetic being there lol. Order a lots of small plates(dim sums) and appetizers. A friend said best chicken dim sum ever. I also like the soupy pork one too. Also had scallion sourdough in which surprisingly can’t tell it was made of scallion at all. But the butter it was served with was amazing. And did look at the cheesesteak bun and they look so delicious. The server and hostess and other people were very cheerful and friendly. And drinks were really great. They have some awesome cocktails and beer collection. It was very refreshing to try them. Definitely try green fire with the spicy green Thai cocktail. Also i forgot the name but one with pomegranate, pineapple and kiwi. I do not like kiwi drinks but it was amazing.
