Ambience
The atmosphere is welcoming, calm, and airy with wide tables and plenty of space to move around. The bar offers an excellent collection of wine, beer, and premium scotch that pairs perfectly with the food.
Buffet Experience
Starters: Idly, vada, and chutneys tasted homemade and authentic. The flavors felt like dining back in India.
Tandoori: Juicy, soft, and grilled to perfection without excess oil.
Main Course: Naan served fresh to the table. Chicken biryani was cooked with loose, fragrant grains — a true sign of a well-balanced biryani. Curries were flavorful without being oily.
Desserts & Sides: Curd rice with mango pickle brought nostalgic comfort. Fruit and veggie platters looked fresh and well-presented.

They also do Karaoke Nights on Thursdays. Even though we didn’t sing, they had plenty of people singing both Hindi and American songs; it was a fun change of pace!
If looking for fresh Indian/Latin food and a new hangout spot, Bindaas is the place to be!
Superb taste.. My favorite Chicken Biryani & Beetroot halwa & Chicken Malai Kabab & Punugulu & Ridge Gourd fabulous.. Little bit disappointed all curry items very cold.. remaining everything looks good ..
However, the paneer momo Manchurian was very disappointing — it was undercooked on the inside. We informed the staff, but they didn’t replace the item or do anything about it. The curries were okay — we tried the Chicken Chettinad and Methi Chaman.
The dessert was a hit — the vanilla ice cream with kala jamun was delicious!
Overall, the experience was a mix of hits and misses. Just a heads-up, they add an 18% gratuity automatically.
shrimp fry, tikka kebab, masala peanuts, curd rice – food and service was pretty good
Felt music was too loud for the place.
The service was very attentive, and the staff made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. The ambience was excellent, creating a warm and pleasant dining atmosphere. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to visiting again.
