Always try to eat here when I am in Junction and looking for the fine dining experience. Wagyu and elk appetizers were amazing as well as the lamb tenderloin

We had chicken liver paté and corn hushpuppies both excellent. Dined on Grilled duck, lamb tenderloin, and pork chop. All were marvelous. Wine list great!! Okay desserts. Only minor inconveniences: sometimes music was just the boom-bass interfered with conversation and table lighting was trés dim… This food deserves to be seen!! Had a much recommended reservation, no wait!!

Absolutely amazing experience! I am from Atlanta and was not expecting to find such a gem here. The mussels and sunchoke hush puppies were both amazing starters! Also got three different pizzas and every single one was unique and amazing. Had pie and icecream for dessert which was also superb. Unique flavors done incredibly well!!

Alot of hype. Maybe that is what the wealthier people of Grand Junction are clamoring for. Hipster-pretentious is how I would describe the menu & vibe.
Reservations would be advisable.
Loud acoustics. It seemed that as the evening progressed, the “background” music volume increased to where every nearby table were talking louder & louder. Mostly dates & adult groups.
Shoestring French fries were pretty good.

Excellent diner. Prompt, professional service. Well thought out menu with a good selection of appetizers and mains. Chicken liver mousse and beet salad were both excellent appetizers. Lamb main was cooked to perfection. Rib eye steak was also well prepared with an interesting combination of a fondue sauce and fermented barely. The pizzas are very interesting combinations. Tried the cheese version with tomato and chickpea, which is not your average pizza; it was very good. Finished with the plum cobbler which was also very good.

The pictures on google don’t do justice to this place, it’s much prettier and fancier. The staff was very polite and took everything we wanted into consideration, i eat gluten free and dairy free, they were able to make something for me which was really sweet. The food looked pretty and tasted good too. Our server Jack was super sweet and great at her job.

Bin is my favorite restaurant in grand junction, this was my first time visiting them at their new location which is a very nice space, feels very modern. Best food in gj, easily. Zack took great care of us along w the entire staff – attentive, helpful, friendly and fun – what more can we ask for. The halibut entree was great d so was the lamb. The mussel appetizer is not to be missed. Next time I go, I will try one of their pizzas (new addition from the new locations kitchen). If you are in gj seeking a proper dining experience and some really amazing food, do not skip bin707 foodbar!

Thank you so much to the team at Bin 707 for making my brothers graduation dinner such a great experience! The food was awesome with amazing presentation. The crudo appetizer was a big hit! Also thank you to Chef Josh for accommodating my dietary restrictions and making an incredible soup. Eliza is a great server who was super attentive, knowledgeable, and such a sweet energy. We will definitely be back and highly recommend 🙂

We’ve been savoring Bin 707 since its birth on horizon drive! And this place can only be described as a great wine and keeps getting better with age! We had the delight in visiting the new location w some friends last weekend and wow!!! It is beautiful atmosphere and truly incredible staff … then there is the food!! As someone who is very passionate about agriculture and where our foods come from- I cannot recommend enough the care and effort they give to doing the same and the taste is beyond your imagination while being totally comfortable and approachable! It’s always been a charm but this 3rd time ( location) is as charming as ever! Thank you!

During my road trip to LA I stopped in grand junction for an overnight and randomly stumbled on this place. I did not reserve and was dressed in a trainer but gave it a try. They happily accepted us and told that the place was full but at the bar there was full service. I was happy to hear that so I went for the full service! Main dish I had bison steak. Cuisson was great, meat quality was great, soft and not dry. Melting in the mouth. Very tasty dish, although I was missing a side dish on that but that might be a cultural thing. As a dessert I took a pie… wonderful and tasty. I would have give 4,5 but the app doesn’t allow me so 4/4 which is still a great score ! Thanks for the food and great service. I recommend this place
