This restaurant has a lively atmosphere and delicious food. Our waitress Kara was amazing. She was so attentive and anticipated our needs-Everytime. You couldn’t ask for better service. That bread pudding was the best thing I ever tasted, hands down. The Risotto with blackened Chicken and the Mahi Mahi were our tables favorites. DELICIOUS DRINKS TOO! Will be back soon!

First time at Bimini Twist and it was a great experience! Excellent service and a beautiful ambiance. The lobster bisque was rich and delicious, the Hawaiian salmon with lump crab and jumbo shrimp was perfectly prepared, and the Chanel drink was smooth and refreshing. Definitely coming back!

My wife and I ate here last year and it was phenomenally spectacular. The tuna was fresh and delicious, steaks cooked perfectly and very flavorful, the coconut shrimp was to die for. I decided to take my wife here for Valentines day and it was horrible. The server was very attentive to other tables but was scarce to ours, at one point another server came to our table to take the salt and pepper Shaker and drink menu for another table when we were clearly using them. Our appetizers took way to long to arrive, When our coconut shrimp and calamari came out it was obviously sitting under a heat lamp which made them soggy and rubbery. The entree was Ahi seared tuna which was flavorless and watery like. The filet streak tasted like a freeze dried steak ( we all know what that taste is like if you cook). When we asked for the manager he was not apologetic but defensive saying “we never freeze our steaks”. Instead of asking how he can make it right he just said ” what do you want me to do?” very rudely. Its a shame because I really did enjoy enjoy this place before but this experience has changed my mind. If only they would have asked to give them a chance to make it right, re-fired our order and got it out to us without it sitting too long this review may have gone a very differently.

Florida ambience with youthful , friendly staff. A bit noisy, but active & festive vibe. Booth seating is tight but tables are available. Suggest reservations on most nights. A little pricey, but quality food , beverage and service. Great seafood selections and they serve a good steak and baked potato, too! Maybe not a 5 star experience, but you feel like you got what you paid for when you leave. This is now a regular dining spot for me. I like it!

For planning my after hours work event I worked with Cheryl, who from the time I made my reservation to the night of the event was in communication with me ensuring the event was booked, everything I asked for was provided. This is the 2nd time I’ve worked with Cheryl planning a large party event (15+) attendees. The first being a birthday party for my mother, where we had an exceptional time then too, so I knew from that experience returning here my guest and I would be very well taken care of.
Per usual, we had a great time last night. All 15 in my party showed up, everyone brought cash which made the process simpler at the end of the night covering the bill we were a little over but we decided to leave it as an additional tip for our waitresses (they deserved it). We had Kiana and Melissa, they were AMAZING!!!! They were very attentive, made sure our bread stayed warm on the table, kept filling our water glasses, they are knowledgeable about the menu they were able to answer questions on their favorite items of the menu to help my guest select their meals, Kiana and Melissa were very personable too, I appreciated that. Kiana and Melissa were very attentive to the table whenever we needed something. My guest had a really good time last night everyone enjoyed their time there, we ordered drinks at the bar all the drinks were made with perfection. The food was served hot, very tasteful. To my knowledge no one has complaints about their food. Thank you again Cheryl for organizing this event for us. This was a first time outside of work meet up for us, I’m glad we chose Bimini Twist the bar has been set high!!

We arrived within an hour of closing and were seated immediately. Rebecca was our waitress and she was amazing! She was very outgoing, personable, and had good knowledge of the menu. Overall the service was good and the food was good too!
The dishes we had were as follows:
Chargrilled Octopus (4/5) – great size, cooked well, but it needed some acidity and a dash of salt.
Spicy Calamari (3/5) – wanted to try calamari a different way. The flavor was good, but the coating wasn’t cooked evenly on the whole dish.
Yellowtail Snapper (added jumbo lump crab meat and béarnaise) with a Loaded Baked Potato (4/5) – snapper was great! They were generous with the crab and it was fresh. The béarnaise was creamy and a great addition to the fish. However, my potato was hard and crunchy which I wasn’t a fan of. The Spinach Maria did save the sides of the dish for me though! I hate breadcrumbs and it was so good that I didn’t mind them.
White Clam Risotti with Shrimp (5/5) – the plating was the best I’ve ever seen for risotto and this dish was amazing! The risotto was creamy, cooked perfectly and bursting with flavor! The bites of clam were a pleasant surprise as well. Shrimp were large, fresh and cooked well. I would suggest serving it with a lemon though.

Had a wonderful dinner at Bimini Twist, truly a West Palm icon. Craig was our server and provided excellent, attentive service throughout the evening.
We skipped the appetizer this time (though the selection looked fantastic) and ordered the yellowtail, paired with the spinach side—which is absolutely not to be missed. We finished with key lime pie, perfectly balanced: not too tart, not too sweet.
A delicious dinner with great service. I’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely outstanding. Allow me to commence by noting that, as a former head chef with over 25 years of experience trained at Johnson & Wales, my expectations are typically high. The pomegranate martini was not a standard measured drink, ensuring a generous serving of alcohol, which provided excellent value. The service from Craig and Rebecca was impeccable. As this occasion coincided with my wife’s birthday and we were accompanied by friends, their attentive service significantly enhanced the experience. Our starters—spinach dip, charred octopus, and escargot—each surpassed expectations, being expertly cooked, seasoned to perfection, and served in substantial portions. For the main courses, our table ordered the New York strip steak with lobster tail, braised beef over mushroom risotto, blackened chicken over mushroom risotto, and mahi-mahi with crab and béarnaise sauce. I will not detail each dish to avoid an overly lengthy review; however, I must commend the kitchen staff for their exceptional skill and professionalism. We concluded the evening with a tart served with ice cream and brown butter sauce, which was the perfect finishing touch for a memorable night. In conclusion, while numerous reviews can be found online, it is important to note that the parking lot consistently spills onto the grass every evening, emphasizing the popularity of the establishment. For those seeking a high-quality dining experience, arriving early is advisable, as our longstanding patronage since 2002 suggests that we are not alone in endorsing this venue.
