Bimini Twist was established in October of 2002. For over 10 years we have been chosen The Best Seafood Restaurant by the diners on Open Table. All of our fish is delivered fresh everyday. For those who do not like seafood, we have Steaks and Pasta dishes. Our bartenders are some of the best in the industry and create the most creative and delicious libations around. Celebrated Mom’s 80th birthday here with over 20 people. We cannot say enough what an incredible celebration Bimini Twist hosted for us all. Cheryl is a pleasure to work with, the atmosphere is beautiful, fun and lively, the food was in abundance and delicious!! The service team was on point treating everyone as royalty.

WOW! JUST WOW! We found this place by chance after I purchased my new car down the street. We live about 45 minutes south from here, but let me tell you….we would definitely make the drive back for this restaurant! The food was OUTSTANDING! So fresh, came out fast, and was so tasty!!! The calamari came with this yummy mustard sauce, the lobsyer bisque was the best, and the side Caesar salad was not only delicious…it was huge!!! The fish was cooked perfectly, my fathers crab cakes were sooooo good and actually made with 99% crab and not filling! The sweet potato fries were to die for! And our server Connor was a rock star! He was funny, attentive, and really went out of his way to make sure we were happy. He wasn’t just an orser taker…he was a true server that truly cared! This place is AMAZING from the food to the service to the ambiance!!! I can’t wait to go back!

I have been here a few times. Their drinks are really good and they have a some good bottles of wine. I would recommend the crab cake and spinach maria, they are definitely my favorite. I had oysters this visit, and I didn’t really care for them. Try to make a reservation because it’s gets pretty busy here.

Cheryl was AMAZING! We decided to do a last minute large party for my mom and she made everything super easy and perfect! The portions were great, and the food was delicious. I brought the decorations and she helped with our setup. I would absolutely recommend Bimini Twist (and Cheryl) for any large parties!

Nothing really special about this place. Made a reservation and they couldn’t seat us on time. I approached the hostess stand ~10 minutes prior to let them know that I’m the first of my party and that they’ll be here shortly.. They didn’t ask the name, just bluntly stated to come back when I have everyone.. We come back and they’re struggling to seat a large party and don’t have availability for us. We get stuck sitting outside, by ourselves which was kind of nice in its own way, but our table wasn’t visited frequently as a resul. We even had to find the server at one point. It was raining and the seemingly busy, yet glued to her phone, hostess walked us out the front of the restaurant, through the rain, to our table instead of through the restaurant, despite being a visibly clear path.. Not the end of the world for most, but we had two elders with us, one that was visibly struggling with walking.. But sure, let’s take everyone through the rain and risk slipping.. Our server was an absolute delightful ball of energy and super charismatic and charming! Answered all of our questions and took great care of us for the most part. Drinks ran low multiple times, and we were told she was grabbing bread 3x times before she finally brought some out after our dinner was served.. A bit backwards.. I wish I could say more about the atmosphere, but the outside at night was rather dull. Let alone the staff was seemingly in a hurry to go home, so they closed most of the outside walls/windows which caused a staleness of airflow and just felt rather uncomfortable after being “Too busy” for our reservation. We had an issue with one of the dishes our server recommended, that’s apparently going to be featured on their up and coming tv show. While there was nothing wrong with it, it was simply underwhelming. Specially for the prices. Thankfully our server was super kind and polite and took care of it for us! Yet someone approached our table.. We have no idea who… He didn’t introduce him self, nor even greet us. Just a dry “I heard you didn’t like your dish?” We commented and he merely walked away… Super awkward. Was that a manager? Chef? Patron? Homeless person?. We just know he was bald, wearing a touristy style shirt and seemed to be approaching more tables inside with dread. Guess we weren’t the only ones having a bad experience.

WOW! Finally had a chance to check out Bimini Twist and honestly the entire dinner was just perfect! The atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant felt like we were on vacation. The staff went above and beyond with every table making sure everyone was happy. My husband, step daughter and I loved every dish we ordered! We’ll definitely be back soon!
