Came here to get quick, affordable poke. Did not disappoint. Poke was solidly decent–flavorful and with reasonable portions. Not mind-blowing, but for the price (about $20 for a bowl) and fast service, I can’t complain.

If you love overpaying for nonsense and getting gaslit about it, welcome to San Francisco’s finest scam—Bimi Poke. I ordered a create-your-own poke bowl on DoorDash, expecting to, you know, actually create my own bowl. Instead, Bimi Poke took it upon themselves to throw in a bunch of random ingredients I never consented to, without any way to remove them except the “special instructions” section (which is not how customization should work, but I guess that’s too logical for SF).
I didn’t even realize how much extra garbage was in my bowl until their rude employee called me out of nowhere—not to fix the mistake, but to aggressively defend their misleading menu like she had stock in the company. Instead of owning up to the fact that their ordering system is straight-up trash, she tried to gaslight me, insisting that “it clearly says” all these extras are included. If that’s true, WHY ISN’T IT LISTED IN MY ORDER DETAILS?
And honestly, this is so peak San Francisco. A place where businesses charge premium prices for mid-tier food, mess up orders, then act offended when you dare question them. Where customer service is non-existent because entitlement is the house special.
The food itself? Fine. The vibes, service, and lack of basic integrity? Straight-up garbage. If you enjoy spending $30+ just to argue with customer service over basic logic, this place is for you. Otherwise, save yourself the frustration and eat somewhere that actually values its customers.

A solid, reasonable place to get Poke! The combo of spicy tuna and fresh salmon with spicy mayo is good with brown rice and salad. Healthy, filling, and reasonable price given expensive food cost in San Francisco!

Totally recommend it! My poke was around 13usd. Went for fresh salmon and spicy tuna with brown rice and wasabi sauce. Being from Thailand-Taiwan, the fish was gwuuuud! Loads of fish, just the right amount of rice—cooked perfectly. Service was good too. Loving Bimi Poke!

Sushi is edible, the burritos are tasteless and they leave the tail on the shrimp tempura when you order. The poke isn’t all that fresh. Why not mix the sauce and ingredients then put over the poke? Very amateur. For what I paid, I’ll never come back. Much better options within walking distance. Don’t come.

Conveniently in the Metreon by the side entrance, great menu selection. Staff works fast, even swamped with mobile orders, real polite, courteous. If you order on the spot, like me, be prepared to wait less than 10 min. When you’re Downtown you somehow become impatient. 10 min is nothing. The food is fresh, delicious and worth it’s price and wait.

I was in San Francisco for a week to attend a conference. I ate here three times during the week. The location is close to the conference center. The sushi burritos reminded me of the rice balls and rice triangles I would eat when I lived in Japan and Korea. The curry was good as well. The location is in a food court so the atmosphere is what it is. I highly recommend this for a lunch spot.
