HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!FROM THE MOMENT I SAT DOWN! I WAS WATCHED BY A WAITER DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING SO MUCH SO A BUSS BOY HAD TO GRAB CONDIMENTS FOR ANOTHER TABLE,POST TRASH RUN ,NO HAND WASHING ! Very clean and nice atmosphere. The crab legs are some of the best I’ve had off a buffet. I smoked meats also compared to a stand alone BBQ restaurant. Had plenty of variety.
The only negatives I have are the fried food was all very well done. Over fried making everything almost rock hard. The dessert station like most buffets was lacking any type of quality. The ice cream was nice but all the cakes,pies and cookies gave bought at Wal-Mart day old vibes.
I would definitely return because the crab, smoked meats and prime rib made up for any of the negatives.

Everything was great. The place is super clean and food was very good lots of turn over. If you love buffets like me, you know what I mean. For our particular waitress she was terrible but I did notice all the other waitresses and waiters were all doing an excellent job. We still left her a generous tip noting maybe she was having a bad night.

We were visiting from Georgia and were craving some seafood. This was our 1st time back to Boomtown buffet since they have redone the look. If you are looking for good seafood, definitely try out Boomtown buffet! We were very impressed with the whole buffet. The blue crabs and snow crablegs were delicious! We enjoyed the whole fried catfish as well! Our server was great and attentive to all our needs. We will definitely be back!

We went for the crab legs Buffet and to be honest that was the only thing I enjoyed. Everything else on the buffet was not rotated enough, so the other food was not as fresh.

The crab legs were way overcooked. As expensive as this is including the crab legs it is unacceptable! We also had to wait at least 30-45 minutes as well.

Each bucket of crabs you had to stand in line for 1 hr per bucket because “they didn’t have any made”, had no shrimp on ice at all, no plates in the whole restaurant you had to use small desert plates to eat, no crab crackers was given, the crabs were old like they have been reheated several times, they were just mush couldn’t even get the meat out, all the other food I got other than seafood was cold, entire time i was there my drink wasn’t refilled not one time, spoke to the manager about all the problems, and was told “its restaurant business, these things happen sorry”. At 60 dollars per person this is unacceptable. This was by far the worst buffet I’ve ever ate in my entire life and will NEVER BE BACK!

VERY good crab, chicken, shrimp…. they need to take steak by order, just sits too long and overcooks itself. NICE staff, great ice cream to walk out with a waffle cone.
