I miss when businesses actually took pride in their business. When restaurants actually sold quality, edible food . $25 plate (fish and chips ) . I slid my fork in the fish and it fell a part so fast , the batter didn’t uphold well , the inside of the fish didn’t look good .
The scallop , I spit it out because I couldn’t even chew it . The fries were cold even though I literally ordered, waited and attempted to eat at the location so everything should have been fresh and hot . The food was cooked in old grease and the food smelled of old grease (just look at the shrimp) . I literally attempted to take two bites of this food and trashed it . Billy knew better than to serve this but he did anyways so there was no need to even talk about the issue or a refund , I simply took a Lost. I just honestly could not eat it and he honestly shouldn’t be selling trash food like this especially when people used their hard earn money to patronize his business…I don’t care what they specialize in , if you have it on the menu and can’t make it don’t put it on the menu. I also don’t care who loves this restaurant , it is and will always be a “no “ for me and I definitely wouldn’t let my loved ones eat from here . the picture really just speaks for itself.

BBQ Chicken Breast:
The sauce is good, sweet enough & peppery!
Chicken Breast are thin cutlets with a nice char on them, but good amount of them in the plate for the price!!!
The Collard Greens: Taste like A LOT of Vinegar & Pepper, and the leaves are very large. Not my favorite at all. Missing onion & garlic flavor.
French Fries: They were ok, but shouldn’t be placed beside wet sides (like greens). They were soggy because of this.
**Wish they had Mac & Cheese on their menu, that would elevate any BBQ meal.

I call up for delivery ribs and chicken that comes with 2 sides $30 but I wanted onion rings which means I can only get 1 side because they are made fresh
I received my order with all my onion rings being burnt
I call and the clerk states I knew you were going to call about the onion rings
So I ask why would you send them, she states the owner cooked them and sent them
I then speak to him and he tells me there was no time to make new order next time you get free order of onion rings
This is what you get for $30 from the owner of Billy’s Texas Barbecue
No refund nothing but next time
There will be no next time and you should never eat there too

Steak and cheese subs not so much they seem to forget to put the cheese even if you ask for extra cheese you still get no cheese.
I’ve tried a few times to get a steak and cheese made correctly and I’ve been unsuccessful I will order from them again just not the steak and “cheese” sub. the picture I included is half of a large steak and cheese with extra cheese sub.

Had thee most delicious extra cheese pizza from here a few nights ago. Missed the delivery drivers call so I had to wait extra long for him to come back around to me. I don’t hold it against them. If it were summer/spring I would have expected him to get out of the car and ring the bell but not in this freezing weather. So, ok that was my fault and like I said the pizza was delicious. I decided to order again tonight and the difference between what I got then and what I have now is striking. Ain’t no way this is a fresh made-to-order pizza. The crust is hard like the pizza had been reheated. It’s stale and tasteless. Won’t be ordering again.
