Nice little restaurant with a beautiful view of the bay. Our server Sandy was so caring and kind. Food was delicious. My wife got the prime rib sandwich and loved it. I got the chicken breast and it was so fresh – not fatty and high quality meat. Mashed potatoes were especially yummy. Happy hour deals are a nice bonus! The restaurant was been here for about 40 years and happy to see it is still going strong.

We came for the advertised spectacular sunset, which was unfortunately blocked by newly constructed condos. We ate on the upper, outdoor level to see the view, and it was nice up there. My fish tacos were not that great, however. Dry and little flavor. When we went downstairs to leave, the space was wall-to-wall partying people. We were very thankful we chose upstairs!

We rolled in 17 deep. Most places are weird about that and you don’t get great service. At Billy’s we were served good food, all the servers were great, and all of our orders were correct. For the group, the total price was very fair. Thanks for giving our large group a welcoming place to share a meal and make memories on this family vacation.

We visited today, 6/11/23, after a day at ft. Desoto. I thought this place was pretty great. The onion straws were tasty, and the scallops were cooked perfectly. Oh, and the wait staff was completely on point and very friendly. We’ll be back.

Great view and fun staff. Sat in the bar up top. Excellent place to view the water and islands. We even saw a manatee. The drinks were very reasonable. The coconut shrimp was excellent. The burger was ok but should have known since it was a seafood place. The stone crab looked amazing and wish I would have ordered that. The staff was friendly and kept our cups full. Will return

The food was excellent. We tried the grouper sandwich, the hushpuppies, and salad. All were delicious and the service was wonderful. I will definitely return. There’s a nice view to sit and enjoy.

Party of 14 without reservations on a Saturday around 2pm. Sat upstairs near bar. Bartender upstairs was excellent, he took our drink and food orders and took care of us the whole time mostly by himself. All the orders and drinks were correct. I had the Hogfish taco’s, they were very good, had lots of meat on them, but pricey. I also had the Bang Bang Shrimp. I’ve had Bang Bang Shrimp at 100 different places, these were not just the most expensive but the worst I ever had. $15.99 is way to much for a Bang Bang Shrimp app. The Shrimp were big, juicy and cooked perfectly, but the sauce was a total miss. It’s supposed to be spicy, sweet, and salty. These were just salty. TOO salty. Overall good, would like to come back and try some other things.
