Billy’s Downtown Diner is located on the ground floor of Easton’s City Hall and conveniently located near The Crayola Factory. There is plenty of on street parking and a larger parking deck attached to Billy’s. At “Not your ordinary Diner”, microwaves are never permitted. Our focus is on fresh ingredients and scratch cuisine accompanied with award winning, made to order original and classic Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch specialties served in a stylish environment with energetic atmosphere accompanied with engaging service. Plant Based and Vegetarian Options are always available. Our signature Cappuccino Coffees and Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice is always served with a smile. Catering and Kids Menu available.

Finally got the opportunity to try this gem! The decor and atmosphere were beautiful. Our waitress was very attentive, topping off our coffee several times without us having to even ask. The Paz’s French toast with its fluffy challah bread, Nutella, strawberry and banana toppings was on the money. It wasn’t overly sweet like one might expect, it was a perfect balance. The southside grits special was also perfection especially the papas potatoes. We can’t wait to go back and try many of the other unique menu items. They also have a beautiful outdoor dining area for nice days.

Wow! Is an understatement!! My husband and myself have gone to the Bethlehem location and Absolutely LOVE IT THERE, we decided to venture to the Easton location and neither one disappoints. This location is Stunning and to no surprise neither is the food. We had the “OMG BURRITO” and the name speaks for itself. It was absolutely delicious. The staff was amazing and the quality of food was stupendous. As always a 10/10. We will definitely be coming back

Service was so slow and not according to when people were seated. However, the food was great. Since it was Father’s Day, I’ll give them a break for the poor and slow service and still rate them a 5. We have been here previously, and the food does not disappoint. Service must have been at least okay last time as it was not rememberable.

Let me start off by saying the service was excellent. The host and our server were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was nice and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. The food fell flat for me though. I got the Sriracha bowl but the brisket did not have a lot of flavor and the potatoes were too watery. Overall it was underwhelming for brunch.

Good quality food. Pleasant professional staff. Attractive, modern decor. Noisy when busy, likely due to many hard surfaces in that modern decor. If you want to have a conversation at peak times, opt for outdoor seating. Prices higher than they should be for portion sizes in my opinion, maybe that’s the cost of the cool downtown vibe? Worth a try to decide for yourself.

This was the first time my fiance and I came here to eat. Our waiter, John, was the best waiter and very happy with his service! We told him we are new to the area and he gave us great recommendations! I am not a coffee drinker but my fiance is. He enjoyed his morning coffee! I LOVE THE ORANGE JUICE! The orange juice is freshly squeezed and you can taste it the moment you take your first sip! You’ll want to have more because how fresh it is! Our meals were AMAZING! Looking at the plates we already knew it was going to be delicious! Can’t wait to come back and try a new dish!

Nice little diner in downtown Easton. Pretty affordable and some great options on the menu. The breakfast sandwich and coffee was good but the home fries were more like hash browns (or were just very burnt). Really clean and the staff was friendly.

To keep it simple. Food and service was great and prompt. Egg Benedict was fantastic. Omelet on point. The only thing I was disappointed in was the type of bread they used for the French toast. Reminded me of a hoagie roll. The flavor was on point, but I thought I’d have fluffy french toast. Would still go again.
