Incredible experience ! Devita & Kat were wonderful hosts.
We enjoyed our food so much we returned the following evening. From bang bang chicken, to the duck & vegetarian fried rice & more – the whole offering is delicious and such a wonderful addition to the Arrowtown and Queenstown area. The flavours were incredible & we’ll definitely be back. We elected for the al a carte offering, service was prompt, attentive & seamless. Each room has a great art and relic collection – would return just to peruse the art collection.
After dinner we enjoyed the Ayrburn surrounds and played a game of croquet, it really is such a special and tranquil setting that needs be visited multiple times to truly experience the many offerings and vast surrounds.

Incredible food and service surrounded by one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever seen. We tried the imperial banquet and everything we had was amazing. Our favorite was the cray fish egg bun dish followed by the ribs.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high end culinary experience.
Also the Ayrburn grounds surrounding it were immaculate. It felt like we had entered paradise!

Had a wonderful time at Billy’s. The food was packed full of flavour, the atmosphere was great and we had excellent service. Not sure of the name of our waiter but he was Italian and very friendly, warm and helpful.
Yes it’s a bit on the pricey side but the quality is very good. We started with crispy eggplant, prawn dumplings and the kingfish which were all delicious. Following that we had the Peking duck with duck fried rice and Chinese greens which were all very tasty.
For drinks we shared a bottle of the Billy’s Chardonnay- an extremely delicious wine.
We would return in a heartbeat.

We visited Billy’s at Ayrburn and were absolutely blown away by the setting. The restoration of the old homestead is incredible—it feels like stepping into a maximalist wonderland with the velvet furniture, ornate wallpapers, and that stunning fireplace. We loved the contrast between the historic wooden exterior and the luxurious interiors.
The glasshouse (conservatory) is a definite highlight; it’s light, airy, and perfect for a sunny lunch. The food is Asian-fusion and designed for sharing. We ordered a few dishes (the glazed meat and greens were delicious) and everything was beautifully presented. It’s definitely a premium experience, but worth it for the vibe alone. Highly recommend booking a table in the conservatory if you can!

Just dined at Billys at Aryburn for the second time this week whilst on holiday in Queenstown.
What a feast for the senses! The food was wonderful, the ambience magnificent And the service- Tama, Tama,Tama – your table service enhanced the whole experience. I never give a 10/10 as i am extremely fussy. The attention to every detail Tama, i have given you And Billys restaurant 10/10. You are the jewel in the crown Tama.
Loved the prawn dumplings, lamb cutlets , Peking duck And the vegetable fried rice. The desserts ooh la la!!
Hard to explain how beautiful the decor in the conservatory was so will include a few photos.
Would recommend Billys at Aryburn be included in anyones visit to Queenstown. It May be the best kept secret for now but wont remain a secret for long.

Great food, great vibes. Service was great. Eugene our waiter and Penelope for helping take a Polaroid photo, both made us feel welcome and gave great food recommendations, the restaurant has a beautiful setting and overall the atmosphere was amazing. Most of all the food was excellent,
