Was trying to order loaded fries on door dash but they didn’t have it on the menu. Call to see if I could just switch the loaded potato instead in the special instructions.
One person told me yes but the the GM called, he was very rude, and said no we can’t switch out.
Witch is understandable. So I walked up there. Tip the person who tried.
I processed to as him since he told me corporate took it off, maybe you can ask if they could put it back on the menu. I know it was a big request but instead of saying that he ignored me..
So I told the cashier I would like someone else to make then I tip her and him despite his attitude..
When my Fry’s finished he told my order and told her he will make it.
I kindly told him “sir I would like someone else to make it you don’t seem like your in a good mood”.
He proceeded and said I’m the GM either I’m going to make it or you can leave my store and don’t come back because I don’t have an attitude, as he was raising his voice at me.
I told him you have one now and you might not think you don’t have one but you do and I don’t want anyone angry making my food.
This is my first time having problems with Billy Sim I like the food and I thought they had good customer services.

Way over priced , The feature photo is me first opening the Styrofoam container. I didn’t eat anything. This meal was $12! The ribs are smaller than they look . I will not be visiting this location again. I am highly dissatisfied.

We deliver C02 to the Tulsa and surrounding area Billy Sims BBQ restaurants. We choose to eat lunch here often. Food and service is always great. Today’s location is Coweta and again food was yummy! No wait it was7pm on a Friday night. Family of 9. Food was cold, orders was not correct. Even requested one order of the brisket nachos to be warmed,they offered to remake. It was still uneatable and cold. Requested a refund which the returned. The only thing warm on the whole order was the fries and okra. All other meats at best, was Luke warm only.. floors was standing in water where they were mopping and no signage for wet floors. This was at the Billy Sims in Coweta. Question below do not pertain because the only thing that would be recommended would be French fries and Okra. And I am sure that is not what Billy Sims wants to be known for.

Tired this when I moved to the area and it was terrible and expensive. Gave it a few years and tried it again and it’s even worse. The coleslaw tasted like it had old fry oil mixed in. We got 1/2 a sauce cup for the entire order. The pickles were the size of dimes and there were only 3. The pulled pork had no flavor. I took 2 bites of the pulled pork sandwich and threw it away and couldn’t even swallow the coleslaw. We love Billy Sims locations in Tulsa, this one is poorly ran.

I ordered a 3 meat with extra pulled pork, barely got any meat, there was plenty of room in the container with nothing touching the sides or the containers of beans and potato salad. No pickles or onions. I got only one sauce with the plate so I paid for an additional 3 sauces only received 3. Just soso food. I won’t waste my money here again, go with any other bbq place.

I used Uber Eats their service was amazing but the food was horrible paid almost $50 for 2 rib dinners. Ordered 4 ribs with 2 sides. Ordered baked potato shows pict of baked potato what I got was nasty it was a potato smashed up in small container and said nothing about sour cream mixed in it im allergic not knowing took bite. The slaw was awful. The ribs were tender and tasted good. The toast was cold. No napkins or silverware. Very disappointed will never eat there again. Wasted $50

I bought a pulled pork sandwich, okra ( was told all fried foods unavailable at this time), Dr Pepper. Opened sandwich 3 minutes later, totally cold meat and bun.

I ordered the two meat plate with sliced brisket and sausage with green beans for my sides and added a rib for another side. Well I can say that the desert sand has more moisture in it than my brisket or rib had in them. Truly disappointed for the cost of my meal for what I was served. I can promise you that was the first and last time I will go to Billy Sims BBQ.
