We visited on Nov 15 and the two gentlemen working during early dinner was great. So friendly and helpful. The food is amazing and very reasonable. The ribs is fall off the bone tender (so good) the turkey was also very good and not dry. The Polish sausage was also very good.

Got pulled pork special
Pork had no taste. No smoke flavor. BBQ was ok, It gave the sandwich flavor. Beans were good with the onions. Everything was fresh. Just needs meat to taste like it’s been in a smoker. Tasted like crock pot pork.

Service was great very friendly and helpful since it was our first visit we were not sure what to order but staff helped us. I liked the barbecue turkey sandwich and my daughter got the chili cheese with fritos she really liked it. I order a baked potato but I feel that there was something missing in the taste. My husband got meet with chili and cheese and he really liked it.

I was shocked to see that there was noone at 12pm for lunch at this store. 2/3 came when I was having lunch. Wanted to try the ribs here and let me tell you, I was not that impressed. I ordered the 4-rib dinner along with potato salad and corn. It was $14.99 and felt other bbq restaurants in Tulsa were far more better than Billy Sims (even Rib Crib). The rib was cooked well but the flavor could have been better. Also the hot bbq sauce was not hot at all.. It was just like a mild sauce. Overall, it was just an ok meal. Nothing to boast about!!

Super nice employees courteous and friendly. But the food was dry and tasted like it’d been sitting for a while. The baked beans were thick and mushy.
Update: They reached out after seeing this review and wanted to make it right. 5 stars for customer service. Will be going back for another taste!
