Great taste and super value. I had lunch one day for about $10 and I came back for dinner tonight. Only $25 for my dinner. Simple diner style restaurant. If you want atmosphere go pay another $10 for the same meal.
My goodness it was filling and so good. Meat came off the bone clean. Fat rendered out just right leaving a tender bite. Good bark and the original BBQ sauce is a delicious vinegar based sauce.

I’ve been coming here for about 10 years now. Just gone downhill. Not because of the food really, but the ownership. I’ve known Joe for a long time now and he needs to take a back seat. His crabby attitude, and his desire to be cheap just ruined it for me personally. Hard to eat when there is a grey cloud looming over you. I can tell his staff isn’t to fond of him either. Best Chili in the game, but he keeps making it harder to buy, makes it more expensive, and you get less of it. Why you trying to make it hard to eat here? New rules every-time I come into the restaurant. I just want chili. It’s a joke. I’m not laughing anymore.

Good Bless Billy Sims. Every Sooner fan loves him and his restaurant lives up to the legacy. If you want a mouthful of a sandwich try the Heisman. It’s loaded with the good stuff: smoked bologna, a hot link and your choice of either chopped brisket or pulled pork. I chose the brisket and I recommend it. It’s good enough that you don’t need to add sauce. The sauces are all good to me. The staff here was awesome, very pleasant. Another plus, it’s not overpriced! Check it out if you get the chance.

Miracle did a FANTABULOUS job! She very nonchalantly put our order together as we chatted about what we wanted… Stelly and I had the rib dinner. Stelly had the Mac & cheese (of course, that’s her favorite)..and green beans.. I had the baked beans and potato salad. Yummy yummy for our tummies!

The BBQ has always been great everytime we have been here. The staff are pleasant and helpful. It is more of an self order and sit place (no wait staff) but they do keep everything very clean which is nice.

Absolutely the worst baked potato I’ve ever had. For $12 I expect more from a restaurant. Potato was saturated in butter as well as the turkey on top. NO CHEESE on a baked potato? Who does that? I called the restaurant and the guy said he forgot the cheese. Unacceptable.

This restaurant is ALWAYS consistently awesome! Their BBQ pork, roasted chicken, roasted turkey, and ribs are NEVER a disappointment. Their sides are always on point and they are some of the nicest people to order from! Will continue to come back everytime we are in OKC!!

First time visiting OKC, so I had to visit this place. Portions are decent, price is reasonable and the staff was helpful. I liked their mild sauce. I had the pulled pork , shredded brisket, corn on the cob, green beans and baked beans. I must admit that the pork and brisket portions were meaty, baked beans had a little zing to them but the green beans were a bit bland. If I were every to visit OKC again, this may be one of the places I get takeout from for the hotel. A few pictures of Billy SIms decorate the walls. This location made me think of “Bros. BBQ” in the film Friday After Next LOL.
