Pour service, the building was filled with smoke. The food was the worst I’ve ever had here, it’s normally great. The mac&chz was cold , beans mushy, brisket was so fatty with the three meat plates. My husband’s loaded potatoe barely has anything on it. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but it needs to be brought to someone’s attention.

Best BBQ I’ve had in a while, Crystal went above and beyond to provide service with a smile. It was my first time eating here and I will definitely be back. The pulled pork and tater salad was my favorite. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.

I used to hate Billy Sims because their service was bad and food was too dry and no flavor, but what ever the new manager is doing with her team is working because I’ve been back twice now and things are way better now the food is hot, fresh, moist, and full of flavor. The ones working the line didnt miss a beat, and manager is probably the best one they’ve had in there. Keep it up! We will be back!

Management and staff were extremely nice, welcoming and good customer service, however the food is clearly pre packaged bbq, was very salty, meat was pretty dry and not much flavor. overall good experience considering being under new management, just need too work on a few things about the food.

We were a group and so ordered the potato, chopped pork and the Total sandwich, baked beans, cole slaw…the meat was so tender, the staff friendly, the tea was good. We were all very satisfied.
