Ordered a dcb with grilled onions instead of raw onions i did a garlic butter fry, cup of cheese and drink meal was 18.92 flavor on the frys was good i wish the coating of garlic butter was on all the frys because it was only on the surface but very fresh and hot 5/5. The burger was good nothing crazy in the seasoning, but a double was def more then enough i could have cut that in half and shared it and shared the frys for 2, fresh and hot though good flavor. 5/5 straight through the board im sure there gyros are on point i will be back.

Billy Jo’s is simply wonderful! Friendliest staff! Great atmosphere cross between modern and streamlined vintage! The soda pop was perfect! The new machine lines quenched your thirst like no other mom n pop place! Most important was the food tasted incredible! Chicken sandwich was tender, fresh tomato and lettuce! Burger was delicious and the Fries were crispy n lightly salted. Yeah, I got a pizza puff too and it was perfect as well! Will be frequenting this place on my way to Midway Airport! Thanks guys!

Extremely disappointed at the food. We ordered a chicken sandwich on a pita and the chicken was the frozen kind. There was no seasoning and it was not definitely not grilled. Will not be going back

Ordered on Uber eats we used to eat here all the time won’t ever go back. $40 for 2 pizza puffs an gyro dinner there was enough meat for barely 1 and half gyro I called the restaurant they said they weigh it out. If you’re going to charge this much for fast food stop being cheap with the portion size. You guys lost a customer for sure and I ignored the negative reviews because I loved this place it’s definitely nothing like it used to be and the pizza puffs were still cold in the middle. Do better you guys are ripping people off.

My husband and I just left Billy Jo’s and we enjoy the food so much from here and have never had a problem with the customer service until today… a Hispanic woman was at the drive thru with dark hair that was styled up. When we came to the window, she did not say NOT ONE WORD, not a hello or here’s your drink or thank you have a good night. She handed my husband his drink, then ice cream and his bag of food. And did not say not ONE word. Do yourselves a favor and get rid of this girl immediately, its obvious she doesn’t want to be there and does not know what customer service is. If she doesn’t know how to be friendly or EVEN SPEAK then she really shouldn’t be dealing with customers.
