We loved this location of Billy Gail’s in Branson (the other location on 265 was very busy and has limited gravel parking). No wait and definitely a fun place to eat – with tons of fun hillbilly, outdoor type decor. The reason we came was THE FOOD, and it didn’t disappoint. My son ordered the chicken and pancake breakfast and I’ve never seen a breaded chicken breast that big. The biscuits and gravy were really good, and the French toast was fluffy and perfectly cooked. The pancakes and portions are HUGE – come hungry and take leftovers home! Our server did a great job and overall a fun and tummy satisfying breakfast out! Highly recommend. We WILL come back here next time we’re in Branson for sure!!!!

We had a great breakfast! We got the Ranch Breakfast and 5 egg omelet. Service was great. The portions sizes were big and very tasty. Unfortunately the booth we were in was ripped but overall the atmosphere was great.

You will not leave here hungry. Even the avacado toast is a massive portion. Pancakes are ridiculously large and tasty. The billion dollar bacon is a great starter or side if you’re hungry enough. The decor is nice, staff is friendly. They sell Flat creek hot sauce and beer, as well as other gift items. Wait times can be long but its well worth it.

Luckily we got there early because when we left there was a huge line.. Why was her a huge line because this place is awesome! Super cool atmosphere the service staff was unbelievable She stopped and checked in numerous times kept my wife’s coffee full.. food came quick It was hot and delicious!!! Portions were very large fairly priced eggs were cooked perfectly!! The omelette was the spot on! like I said delicious!! check out those pictures I took! I think we found a great place for breakfast! But I’m guessing lunch and dinner would be awesome here too I will be finding out we’ll be back.

The service here is amazing. Food was hot and fast! The sweet cream pancakes were undescribably delicious. My husband and I thought we’d share one..ha we barely made a dent in them. The eggs were cooked perfectly and so was the bacon. The biscuits were also delicious. I’d probably steer clear of the gravy and hash browns. They left a lot to be desired. However, we will definitely be back when we’re in the area…that tenderloin is calling my name!

I went for the avocado toes this time. The menu says sunny side up eggs, but asked for them to be scrambled instead. No problem. I eat a lot of avocado egg toast at home. So I know exactly how I like it. But I’ll try one in a restaurant from time to time to see if there is a way I can improve on mine. This one wasn’t bad, it’s just not as good as my home made. It’s a bit bland. I like to add cracked pepper and balsamic vinegar to mine. Still, it was good. The fresh fruit that came with it was good too. Good healthier option.
My wife ordered the biscuits and gravy. I had a few bites of those. They were good too.
My daughter had the campfire pancake. Now THAT was really good. The best taste out of the three things I tried.
As with anything at Billy Gail’s, the portions are huge. Two of us could have split the biscuits and gravy or avocado toast. Three of us could have split the pancake.
We had a couple of hot chocolates that were lukewarm. No problem though. Just asked them to be heated up a bit more, and back out they came. I didn’t try the hot chocolate, but it looked good with cool whip and cherry on top.
Our waitress Pat took good care of us. We would do it again.
While some people don’t like the idea of waiting an hour to be seated, my advice is just go ahead and get in the queue. In general, if they tell you 1 hour 20 minutes, you’re looking at more like 1 hour. They text you a link to see your place in line and estimated wait time. We started at 68 parties ahead of us. When it got to 9 parties ahead, we got a text that our table was ready. There were still 70 total parties in the queue. Just get in line and enjoy the together time.

Great atmosphere and service was amazing. If I am anything with my ratings, I am fair. We did not enjoy the food as much as it was hyped up to be. Dont get me wrong, it was good just not great. The large pancake was cool, but super thin almost crepe like, it was good as well just not what we were expecting. We were looking for a much denser, fluffier pancake. Still a great place to eat but there may be better options.

All is good !! The meals are very large, steak was ordered medium and was 1/2 rare and 1/2 well done. Not much of any seasoning on it, but not the worst steak I’ve ever had. The hash browns were delicious I’d definitely return.

Well, it took us a full two hours to get in, but once we were finally seated, the food was absolutely fantastic and our server was very kind. The place was completely packed, which explains the long wait, but it definitely had that lively, popular atmosphere. I ordered the chicken fried chicken, and it was super delicious but you have to split it. The portion is way too huge for just one person. I tried to eat it myself and definitely felt bad afterward, so learn from my mistake! You also have to try the huge pancake; it was incredibly delicious and honestly one of the highlights of the meal. Even with the long wait, I would still say it’s worth it for the great food, huge portions, and friendly service.

One of my favorite restaurants in our area! (I’m a local.) The decor is so fun and cool here, and don’t even get me started with the food.
The pancakes are as good as they say, and the Billion Dollar Bacon lives up to its name.
Also their portions are chumongous (yes, I spelled that right). I got the Belly Buster Breakfast and I had to take home two boxes. TWO BOXES!
If you’re in the area and looking for a restaurant, please come here. Hiiiiiighly recommend.
