It was a very cold and windy evening when I arrived at my hotel. I did not bring any food with me and I was craving Asian cuisine. I researched and found this restaurant about a 15 minute walk. I am glad I did.
The service was excellent. I wasn’t sure if the gentleman taking my order to go was the owner or not. He was pleasant and friendly. He helped me decide on one of my orders and I was not disappointed.
I highly recommend the boneless spareribs.

My family and I came here for Christmas dinner..After an initial miss understanding with our reservations it was quickly taken care of by the staff.. The food was hot, delicious and spaced out well! The atmosphere isn’t fancy or overly crowded..it’s just right!! We’ve also had their delivery service and again they nailed it! Always hot,pretty fast and service is great whether dining in or at home!!

Unbelievable tbh! This place was pretty good years ago! After ten plus years of not being around the area, I returned to hope for some decent food, understanding it’s NYE, I placed an online order early in the day for a later pick up. I got there right at the time I chose and picked up my food. Also to add it’s a 5pm order so it’s not really a complete zoo yet. I get home 15 minutes after pick up and my food is so unedible! I mean the undercooked chicken and egg rolls, it’s actually cold to the touch! Legit cold, not warm, cold! I paid $100 and now what can I do? (Edit: I tried to go back for a refund but you can’t get near the door) These places are going to be swarmed. I have a family that’s not having a New Years Chinese dinner because people just don’t want to do their job any more. Can I also add, this isn’t the place it used to be! It’s like a bait and switch. When you are on the internet, you click on Billy Tse Revere, then you order and it’s a different business, Billy C’s! Also there’s a picture in a review below of some lo mein and it’s crazy different than what I was given. And, how does the grease on the ribs solidify before you even get home, the next city over?

Went there on a weekday ordered rainbow sushi, shimp lo main, and rab rangoon. Fish wasn’t fresh at all in the sushi and pieces were small, lo main was too grease, got a hair and a litle piece of what seems a litle piece of metal of the stainless steel scrubber to wash dishes so disappointing! So glad don’t have kids with me, so scary if they swallow that.
It was just one person serving tables and all of that, told him, but he didn’t care that much. Won’t be coming back again due tp that experience and I don’t recommend the place to anyone. You can definitely find a better place for the same or better price.

I’ve been going here since 1996, I have never gone anywhere else but for the past few years the food is getting worse and worse and the prices are going higher and higher. I’m very disappointed cause I don’t order $20, my orders are over $100 always and to keep getting food that is disgusting it’s disappointing. My take out pupu platter order is soggy and oily. The rice is over cooked, the noodles and beef teriyaki have no flavors. The chow mein is so bland and disgusting. I don’t understand what happened to Billy Tse. I used to tell everyone to go here but I don’t anymore. It’s time to find another Chinese restaurant cause I won’t keep wasting my money on Billy Tse, and I’m sad cause I’ve been a long time customer.
