Our family has been doing Sunday night try new pizza night. We tried Biily Bricks and it was great. Not burn or over cooked like some other brick oven pizzerias. This was delicious pizza. We are adding this place to our rotation.

Tried this place out for the first time a few nights ago with my family. We really liked the pizza! Lots of flavor and yet not too filling. Tasted just like New Haven pizza from the East Coast.
Our only complaint was that the four-seater tables at this location are simply too small for the four of us. Even without the struggle to fit food on the table, when sitting shoulder to shoulder we were already over the edges.
EDIT: I forgot to mention the cannoli were excellent. The ricotta pudding filling was awesome – not too sweet and very good flavor. Next time we’re going to get extra of just the filling!

I think this is the worst pizza I ever had in my life. I ordered pizza thinking it will be 14inch cheese pizza. I got instead burned thin tortilla sprinkled with some cheese (it wasn’t thin crust), not the mention that pizza had 100 grams total with packaging. Charging 20 dollars for this is ridiculous. This is my first time ever I asked for the money back, usually I will just let it go with bad food. Also I ordered with tomato sauce, you tell me if you see a drop of it on this tortilla. Never ordering again from this restaurant. Shame!

Service was very good at the time we were there (2pm). Very little business then. We each had a specialty pizza. I got the Margherita, the other had several meats. While the meats was good and the sauce appeared dark and meaty, mine had watery red sauce, The spinach was almost nonexistent; there was some chicken which was good. I would not get the same thing, but it’s probably a good bet at lunch! Prices were good & they used a special pizza oven.

I attended a suppliers Luncheon and they were making the pizzas on the truck. The Pizza was delicious but the laddie taking the orders was rude and mean. But overall I would highly recommend Billy Bricks.
