The staff was AMAZING, we visited from out of town for family day weekend. I love a good brisket and the staff said it was amazing, but sadly it fell way short. It was too dry and had no flavor to it and the pieces were cut so thick. I’d have rather had thinner slices with more slices than so thick I can’t chew it with the dryness. The Mac & cheese wasn’t too bad but the coleslaw was bland as well. I wouldn’t return only because for the price I’d like to enjoy my meal better. But the bar staff and staff that took out to go order were super pleasant. Now kind you we got our food to go, and literally went up to our hotel in the same building and ate. Food was still warm but. No flavor and dry.

Billy Bones BBQ was delicious and had a laid back atmosphere. My husband and I went on Sweetest Day while on vacation and our waitress was amazing. She was friendly and interacted with us for the perfect amount of time. Quite one of the best pulled pork sandwiches I’ve experienced (because it was an experience) and the sweet cornbread was amazing!

I was extremely lucky. The sir/host was very attentive with us. He kept an eye on us all long from drinks to the moment of the bill.
We arrived just after a huge group so the waiting time could be considered long but we appreciated him sharing with us that it will have longer waiting time.
However, the waitress that only came for the bill and to collect the tips was not helpful. Her only duty was to give us the bill and it took her 15 min! She knew to give us the bill and she went to take two table orders. And one of them just arrived after the bill was asked. I told her to thank the sir that was the one who took care of us. She might be new because she seemed overwhelmed. Although she has a smile all long so that was positive.
One of my menu I couldn’t read all the words well as the words were coming off.
The washrooms were clean.
The food is a bit pricy but I think it’s because of the location. And it was similar prices with the surroundings. The food was delicious.
Overhere ir looks like you should try the ribs. It looks very nice on people’s plate.
The atmosphere is nice though. And they have local beers if you wanna try.

Sat on the patio & grabbed a full rack of ribs to split. Some live entertainment next door was a nice touch. The ribs were great, meaty & tender unlike some other reviews. The sides could have been a bit bigger since the full rack meal seems to be priced for splitting ($50). Corn bread appetizer was good as well.

Let me start from the beginning. They were completely out of brisket. What kind of BBQ spot runs out of brisket? This place is far from authentic Southern cuisine. They should definitely visit the South and learn proper BBQ techniques before opening a restaurant. The rack of ribs was tough and didn’t fall off the bone as they should. It seemed like they just slathered basic BBQ sauce on them with little technique. The mac and cheese tasted like buttered noodles with Cheez Whiz, and the corn on the cob had too much lime flavor. The cornbread was extremely dry. The waiter was slow, and he acted like he didn’t want to be there. The hostess, was very kind and helpful.

We popped in because my guy loves beer. He got a light lager but didn’t love it
..it had a sour end. We did, however, enjoy the chicken wings in the classic Billy Bones BBQ sauce. Tasty.
Wings were decent size and loved the sauce.

I was visiting Niagara Falls today and stopped in to eat a bite at Billy Bones BBQ. I ordered the 10 pc jumbo size wings with mild sweet bbq sauce and corn on the cob. I must say, these were the best wings that I have ever tasted. And coming from South Carolina, USA I have had many tastes of wings. These were perfectly cooked with the right amount of bbq sauce. And no fat on any of them!
The corn on the cob also tasted great. I don’t know about any of the other food, but if it’s prepared as well as these wings it must be good too.
The prices were very reasonable and the service was good.
So I recommend Billy Bones BBQ to anyone.

We chose this place just occaisonally. Did not look at the reviews upfront. We had the ribs, as well as the chicken wings. Everything was really delicious. The service was good. Food was good. We really enjoyed our time here.

Ribs were all fat and tough. Bathrooms smelled like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. They couldn’t even put the paper towel in the dispenser just on the counter. Service was terrible. My wife’s salad she really liked. Said the dressing was great. Whiskey is not good, beer was not good and bbq was not good. Don’t waste your money. Also bird pooped on my wife’s arm to start the lunch. Should have taken the sign and left.

On vacation, hungry, and now disappointed. This place has the potential to be awesome. The Mac n cheese, and burger with pulled pork was on point. Cornbread was good. The corn would’ve been except it was cold. The service was absolutely awful. We waited a LONG time for just water. Two tables got up and walked out while we were waiting. The beans were NOT cooked, and my chicken sandwich was overcooked. Please fix these issues bcus you will force tourists to go to the commercial places, and this place could be really good.
