The rib plate costs $2 more than the posted price bc his food costs have risen. The food is good but not great. The ribs definitely need more sauce, and they were a little dry. The brisket and pulled pork have good flavor and aren’t too fatty. Billy Bob is chatty and friendly.

Fantastic Barbecue! Stopped in around noon on a Monday and got the brisket and ribs combo. One plate was enough for two people. Hard to beat that for $20! Pork ribs were fall if the bone tender and brisket was melt in your mouth! Great seasoning and crust on both with sauce on the side. Beans and corn were seasoned nicely as well! Absolutely worth the stop!

Fast, hot, and delicious. Even my texas hubby said the brisket is really good for a northern state.
Ribs were so tender and falling off the bone. I loved that his sauce is a more vinegar based versus sweet.

Best brisket I’ve had outside of Texas. Amazing value. Ribs great too. Dude puts his soul into the food. Skip the fast food you can get anywhere else and try this!

This is a one man show and holy cow does he do it right! I’ve had the Brisket, the pulled pork, and the ribs (pork). The brisket is absolutely amazing, deep smoke ring, thick( but tender ) bark, and its full of flavor. The meat is fall apart perfect too. Between the three- I think that his pulled pork is my favorite though but that definitely is hard to say though because the pork ribs would easily win a ribbon at any cook-off and I like them a lot too. I believe my first time eating here was back in 2015 or 2016 and every year since!!! and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed each and every meal. Thank you my good man for all the delicious food.

This is by far the best BBQ we have had in a long time. We had the pulled pork and ribs tonight. Tender and moist and the flavor is amazing. Very Fair prices in this economy . We are full time RVers and we try BBQ everywhere we visit. If you are anywhere near Kalispell get your BBQ takeout here!
