We enjoyed the Brisket Sandwich with Coleslaw! Bun was toasted perfectly on the inside with that sweet buttery crisp while the outside is soft.. most importantly packed with a generous helping of tender, moist, flavorful and nicely marbled smoked brisket made they way you expect from a true pitmaster! The slaw is homemade, crisp, fresh, with just the right amount of tang. Honors veterans & first responders which is a truly refreshing environment in today’s world.

It! Was! Awesome! The brisket had a perfect smoke ring and crust. The taste was divine, and not too smokey. Being smoked just right with White Oak and Hickory, it can’t be beat! Thank you for the fantastic treatment and personal service. Nice fella. Them beans were most definitely top notch,and you get plenty too! If you’re down near the caves it’s more than worth it. Even if you’re not, it’s worth going down there. Guaranteed! Y’all enjoy!

The brisket hot link taco is probably the best hot link I’ve had. The pulled pork sandwich was very good, not as much of a smoke flavor as I like, but that’s just a personal preference. The potato salad was amazing and the baked beans were very good as well.

Oh my goodness! Texas barbecue snob here and man oh man, this place checks all the boxes!! I tried the brisket, the pulled pork and the ribs and every item was excellent! The brisket is a perfect combo of lean and moist and just melts in your mouth. And it had the perfect bark, not too crispy and with just enough flavor to not overpower the brisket itself.
And those pork ribs, I swear I just looked at the ribs and the meat fell off the bone before I even touched it, that’s how tender and juicy they are.
If you are a truck driver, you do not have to be delivering to the caves to be able to park here and get BBQ There is a massive truck parking area and you can pull in, park, get your food and leave without having to go through any kind of guard gate or check in with anyone, so don’t feel like you can’t come here unless you are making a delivery. I came here just for the barbecue and it was easy in, easy out.

Phenomenal! That was probably the best bbq food I’ve had. We ordered the brisket and pulled pork sandwich, and I wish we ordered more. Especially since the prices were very reasonable. The guy is also super nice and friendly! Thank you!

Listen up!!! I’m here to tell you about an omelet, I had here at Billy Bob’s….. Smoked liver, pulled pork, gruyere cheese, grilled onions, mushrooms if you’re in to them, eggs, and grilled Texas toast on the side. THIS WILL BE YOUR NEW FAVORITE OMELET!!! Incredible flavor, all the ingredients compliment each other, definitely could be the breakfast special at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant!!

This was some of the greatest food I’ve ever had in my life, created by a national treasure and kissed by angels. if I could only eat from one place for the rest of my days it would be this bbq. Best ribs brisket and pulled pork I’ve ever had at the end of my wonderful experience I had to let that man know I love him it was truly the least I could do. Great prices great atmosphere even greater person. Words can’t truly describe what this man has done for my taste buds and my life

The prices on here don’t match the actual prices. Everything is $3 to $4 more when you get there. The guys nachos in front of me gave me hope because they looked good and they were so big he couldn’t close the container. I ordered a brisket sandwich a snd potato salad as my side. The brisket was heavily chopped up, I would have preferred slabs of it so I could see the quality of the smoke. Unfortunately it didn’t come that way. The sandwich also packed and imagination. It’s a bare bones, meat and sauce sandwich. Not even a pickle. The bun was un toasted and got pretty soggy from all the BBQ and juices from the brisket so the last few bites were very messy. The meat tasted ok. The sauce was ok. The potato salad was very mayo heavy. Not a fan of it. The guy told me it was the best BBQ in all of MO. I highly doubt that. The meal was $15 and it didn’t come with a drink.
