My husband said “that was a damn good sandwich”
They offer a somewhat rotating menu (I think) – there always seem to be slight changes and new sandwiches each time we visit.
This time we got the cluck cluck 3000 (lol), the ultra ultra (yummmm), and a k pup (think korean hotdog, kimchi and all).
They stay busy so beware prepared for that but its definitely 5/5!

We spent a week in Tennessee trying to maximize the amount of great food we could get. Bill’s won “best bite of the trip” so much so that on our way to the airport to go home we stopped and grabbed more sandwiches to take home with us. The Pittsburg and the Tommy were both outstanding, and the service is wonderful. We will be back next time we’re in Nashville!

The Roma was incredible. Easily one of the most delicious and well balanced sandwiches I’ve ever had. Staff was super kind and the quality is unmatched. Not just the best sandwich I may have ever had but easily the best value I’ve had out to eat in years! So glad to have moved into the area!

This is the Second time me my girlfriend has been to this place and it has yet to disappoint. They change up their menu I believe every week to keep the menu fresh!! On this visit my girlfriend got the super popular Rachel Green and I got the TNT. Once again she picked the superior sandwich. My sandwich was still good don’t get me wrong but her’s knocked it out of the park!! It tasted so light and fresh. The TNT was more savory but still delicious. I can’t wait to to visit here again to try different sandwich creations that they put together.

They were packed when we arrived in the afternoon. I got a mystery sandwich and husband got K+K Tomato sandwich. Surprise! I got a roast beef sandwich and it was super delicious. My husband K+K tomato sandwich was good too but it got soggy really fast. I don’t like soggy sandwich but my husband does. There are plenty of outdoor seating but limited indoor seating. It was hot outside. If you don’t like eating in the heat, you might have to do the takeout. Overall, it is worth the hype and we will be back for sure.

Bill’s has a small menu of very unique, well-crafted sandwich options. I recommend the Ode to Big Bob, and the Lunch Lady Land. Also, loved the potato salad!

Rarely do I rave about a restaurant in Nashville, but this one deserves all the hype! Their sandwiches are amazing, service is great and ambiance is super cool. Menu changes often, so you most likely won’t find the same item on the menu when you return, which is ok because they are all so great. Small allergy comment- they use sesame in almost everything, but usually, their sausage or hot dog option comes from a different line and works.

Fantastic local sandwich spot. The menu frequently updates with new recipes and slightly different flavors. If you like great quality sandwiches and something a little different, this is the spot. The potato salad is a must.

The Rachel green is hands down the best sandwich I’ve ever eaten. The when in Roma was also amazing (not pictured), but I can’t imagine anything they serve wouldn’t be fantastic. The staff were so kind and friendly. I wish I lived here so that I would visit weekly. Can’t wait to come back next time!
