On my first visit I was a bit dissapointed one sandwich on the menu wasn’t available (chicken Parm.) but the Spicy Chicken the employee suggested was VERY good. Loved having an RC, brought back memories. The staff was very welcoming and the place was nice and clean. We’ll be back. UPDATE: We came back, an order to take home while on a day off. Service was fast and the food – WOW. They’ve got their staff up and running – the fries were perfectly cooked, not greasy at all, and the chicken in my sandwich crisp and fresh (after years of re-heated breaded chicken at other fast food places you HAVE to try this – honestly the best chicken sandwich I’ve had in years). My husband’s burger also got two thumbs up, even the single patty “little” burger a very generous size.

Bill’s Place Express is exactly what a local spot should be. The burgers and dogs are super delicious, but those hand-cut fries are honestly beyond expectations—crispy, fresh, and perfect. Great prices for the quality of food you get. Beyond the meal, the people here are outstanding and make you feel welcome. Love it and will definitely be coming back!

Bacon Cheeseburger was great, fries were ok not crispy, and the Italian Beef sandwich was chopped in tiny pieces that much of it fell off the bun. Young woman working the drive through window was pleasant and efficient. It’s a new location for a popular and long time established restaurant in the neighborhood and worth a 2nd shot.

So happy you guys opened a second location! Love this style of fries, burgers were yummy, and we LOVE the soup in this house. We’ve never had your onion rings and they were super crispy. We really didn’t wait long at all, especially since we came on a Friday night at dinner time. We will be back

You can tell the cooks are different compared to the orginal Bills. My husband picked up lunch and of course its Sunday have ro have the cream of chicken. The cream of chicken looked like oatmeal and it was very salty. He ordered 2 gyros im sure it was kronos the cut on the gyro was to thick they should have them work on their cutting overall the gyro was very good. ai am always very fair with my reviews. The place was clean and everyone was friendly only 2 things I would work on is thay cream of chicken and the shaving of the guro meat

Being pretty generous with two stars. Fries were a greasy soggy mess, and my gyro with everything had very little sauce and no tomatoes. It’s not rocket science.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We walked in at 7:59. They cashier asked if he csn take our order, Another guy from behind the counter said “we close at 8. We’ve been here all day” if they continue this type of service they will loose customers bad. Maybe management meeds to asses their employees. If this place continues they will shut down just like every place that has tried there. So far for supporting local businesses.
That’s a pretty bad assumption that we saw crew cleaning. I am not that guy as you say… there was 1 person in front of us who’s order was taken and served while we waited. If you have 1 crew working 12hrs you meed to reasses how it will affect customer service

Two strikes. First time, no service at the drive through despite seeing employees inside leaning on counters. Second time I went inside, and service was friendly and super fast – too fast, as they’re clearly just reheating premade food. The chicken sandwich was dry and hard, the gyro was dry, the fries were soaked with grease and soggy (which I actually like, but it did result in a massive congealed fry ball), two orders of fries were combined without asking, and they forgot to give me my drink. For the price, this isn’t it. The Wendy’s and Culver’s along Ogden are better options. I also find the owner’s responses to reviews a bit aggressive.

Went here today for the first time. Got a dog and fries. Dog was great! Fries were unreal! Seriously loved the fires! So fresh! Have a feeling this is my new lunch spot. Very impressed!
