Ms. Genieve was so kind and helpful from the time she answered the phone to take my order, to educating me on additional toppings for the chef salad with blue cheese and club crackers! Hot, fresh pizza squares! We love Bill’s. BTW, 1/16/1992 we had dinner there and played The Simpsons pinball, before our daughter was born! Still great food and sweet people! Support this local restaurant!

When I say ppl are really showing their true colors… Went back for a refund and the lady says since you are half of the pizza I can only give you $10 back out of $20 which was baffling. They charge $4.00 for onions and they only put three onions on the pizza.. Then the teas were disgusting and tasted horrible. The pizza was salty and burnt! The manager was super rude! I mean the south can only hide its true colors but for so long… Please avoid this establishment at all cost!!! You don’t have to ever worry about me coming back to this hole in the wall… Oh! And the health inspector needs to make a visit because the place is very dirty….

Great food and customer service. The pizza was made in good time and was very delicious. They were friendly and fast. The restaurant is very unique and interesting to look at with their decorations and fun energy about it. The inside is decently clean. The prices are solid. They even have an arcade. I highly recommend this place!

Update, its been over a year and this place is still trash. There large pizza is the size of a small bar pizza for 22 dollars. You can get twice as much pizza up the road at times square. And the pretzels for 9 dollars is outrageous. So over priced and not even real pizza. I know alot of people like this place. It’s been around for ever but it is straight trash. These subs are when I paid for extra meat and cheese so they are 15 dollars each. And their garlic bread is sandwich bread with butter. And they are way to expensive. If you want way better food just go up the road to times Square pizza like 3 mins away. It definitely worth a try over this place.

Always great pizza. Wish they had an option for how the pizzas are cut, but at least their slices are ready to handle. And they really know how to top the pizza with a great amount of toppings, never had a bare spot with only cheese. Will always recommend to a friend and continue going.

This was my first time coming to this place. I’ve heard good things so decided to try it. I called my order in, medium ground beef with extra onions. I got there to pick up my pizza and it was barely any onions on it. I expressed my concerns with the cashier, she never offered to remake my pizza. She stood there looking at me dumb founded! She told me they could give me some onions on the side and she never apologized, HORRIBLE customer service skills. When I called my order in about 9:35pm they were too worried about if I will get there in time to pick it up she didn’t listen to my order. I plainly said EXTRA onions, atleast I wasn’t charged for extra onions. I got home to eat it and the crust on the bottom was not cooked enough. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated and the way my pizza was undercooked.

First thing is noticed was greese. Second thing crust very soggy from greese. No flavor. Looks like a Sir Pizza wish is was cause this is no good. Sauce is the key to great taste, this sauce has none. Not my kinda pizza I guess. Wasted 17.00 for a large and a 35 minute trip here.

I had my baby shower here & the waitress we had & everyone there were extremely nice & consistent. I didn’t have to pay a dime to use the party room which was a great size for my party, & we also didn’t have to buy any pizza or anything from them, although we did. We only spent $47 for 4 large pizzas! They were great & fed everyone with almost a whole pizza left over. Definitely recommend for any party.
