Open late. Was pretty decent considering it was nearing midnight. Gf and I tried a slice at Rocco’s across the street and it was better. My picture is side by side Roc top Bills on bottom. We both agreed .Rocco’s was better.

I stopped by Bill’s Pizza late last night for a quick bite and grabbed three slices of cheese pizza. While it was a bit inconvenient that they only accepted cash, the pizza itself was delicious. The sauce had a nice tang, the cheese was gooey and melted perfectly, and the crust had a satisfying chew (though it could have been a bit crispier).

The staff was friendly and efficient, and I appreciated the quick service. Overall, I’d rate the pizza a 7.4/10 – definitely worth trying if you’re in the area and looking for a satisfying slice.”

Mediocre, this pizza was… even the Force could not crisp it.

Stopped by Bill’s Pizza, lured by the aroma of cheese and nostalgia. Ordered a couple slices of cheese—what I got were soggy, floppy disappointments. More moisture than Mustafar lava, less flavor than a ration pack.

Cash only, they are. Like bartering with a Jawa—no cards, no tap, just cold hard Republic credits.

Plenty of other pizza cantinas on the strip, there are. Next time, I shall follow the path to one of those before returning here.

Would I go back? Only if the Sith controlled every other oven in Old Orchard Beach.

Very good pizza and friendly staff. Pizza had a nice flop but then held itself up real well on the fold. Place is super busy so slices are fresh all day with minimal wait time.

This review will be the same for 3 pizza places, Rocco’s, Lisa’s and Bill’s. The reason for this is cause a friend asked me which I prefer from the 3 and I hadn’t tried them so we decided to get 1 cheese slice from each and compare them. They are all on the main street here 5on old orchard beach, so it will always be a choice between them.

First off, they are all decent slices of pizza. None of them were truly 5 stars worth but when comparing between the 3, I liked bills the best. It was also the cheapest and quickest to get from and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. So if I were to choose again I would go there.

As for Lisa’s, I liked that second best and service was ok but not as fast.

Finally for Rocco’s, this gets third place and I also have to mention that the person handling the slices was not using gloves and just grabbing the slice and putting it on a plate. This place was also the most expensive. So although the pizza was ok here, I would probably not go back there if I could avoid it. The line would have to be extremely long at the other 2 places and i would have to be dead set to have pizza. I tried not to think of the handling of the pizza while eating it and it kind of bothers me having to think about it again for the review.

So that’s my opinion of those 3 places. Maybe try a taste test for yourselves to compare 😉

Shared a large pepperoni pizza with the family yesterday. Only $20 for a large, and the slices are huge. (Six jumbo slices per pie, instead of eight). If you like a super cheesy, pepperoni loaded pizza, this is for you. Service was fast, cash only!

The most disgusting piece of pizza I’ve ever had. Burnt to a crisp, the entire bottom of the slice was back. We could see the waiters contemplating whether they should serve it to us or not. Not only was it burnt, but there were MOUNDS (literal handfuls) of olives, huge raw pieces of onion, and disgusting globs of cheese. So greasy on top and charcoal on the bottom. We each took one bite of our slices and threw them both out immediately. Too busy to wait in line and return them and we were so mad at that point. $17 for two slices and a drink – absolutely horrendous and we will never be back.

Definitely a classic, a good stop of you’re in the area and the line is short. They are a staple on the Old Orchard Beach boardwalk and the awning’s shade is a respite on hot, sunny summer days.

Otherwise not worth going out of your way. I was here in May, not many people out on the street yet. The staff was friendly other than a grumpy older guy that I didn’t personally interact with. Priced for convenience. I’ve got plenty of other pizza slices to try in the area before I make my way back here though.

It’s Bill’s pizza, well deserving of its classic status at OOB. Remember to tip the kids that work there. They really appreciate it (and if you happen to get even faster service with even goober cheese, everyone wins, right?).

Lots of pizza places to choose from on this strip but I went with Bill’s and I’m glad I did. The slice was big and tasted great. There were also all the seasonings you could want
