Been going here with my buddies for about a year now for monthly breakfasts. Food, staff and prices have always been spot on. Keep up the great work!

Big shout out to i believe her name was Liz.. the waitress with black hair! My bf and I were going here every week bc pt was across the street. Our waitress noticed and got our names and continued to greet us by name everytime. She’s super sweet and down to earth. Generally seems interested in her customers. We also stop by with our godfather and haven’t seen her in a while but you rock girl. Love sam and kyle

We ordered using Grubhub and while the fish sandwich was good, the Rueben left a LOT to be desired for the price. 1 slice of corned beef??? And no Swiss cheese. Makes me wonder if they were taking advantage of us not being there to complain in person
In response to my comment, I’m not lying and if I were I would’ve complained about the whole order. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture as he was having dinner.

The people are amazing! I’ve worked and eaten in more restaurants than most people have even heard about, and when I say I’ve never worked with a front of the house staff that care for thir customers, I mean it. No matter how busy they are they will take the time to assist. Whether that means helping an elderly patron cut their food, or bringing out their “treasure chest” full of little toys to help my kids feel more comfotable. They even added gluten free pancakes so that my daughter can eat there too. This place has become our weekly staple.

I noticed this place was on to good to go app and I wanted to check the Diner out online before I try the food. Well the way the owner responds to people critiquing the food is terrible. You need an attitude check, learn how to take constructive criticism. Being in the food business, not everyone is going to like your food. I haven’t even tried it and I already don’t like this place just by your nasty attitude. Try being professional in your responses.
You’re just proving my point, your response has nothing to do with what I said. WOW

We met up with some friends for brunch and had a great time! The food was lovely and the service was quick. We snuck in between the breakfast and lunch crowd at about 10:15 and there was no wait.

First time patrons. Had decent expectations but probably shouldn’t have with other restaurants in the vicinity. Yet another below average diner. Service was good, food wasn’t. Had the Belt Buster Omlette for $14.20 and the Eggs Benedict that came with no sides for $11, so we ordered hash browns, that were out of a box, for $4. Probably one of the lowest quality omlettes I’ve ever had. Thin, the bacon was bacon crumbles that were like pellets, the sausage was sausage links cut up. The whole thing kept falling apart. The hollandaise for the Eggs Benedict had no flavor. Add in 2 coffees and an OJ – $51 incl. 20% tip. Yes, seriously. Just very disappointing all the way around. I really think these places cater to clientele that are totally fine with low quality food and 1970’s decor because they don’t know any better.
Recommendation? Make the drive to Blue Ridge Grill instead.

Cute little diner with a lot of potential! The kids’ meal was fantastic, and the prices seemed really reasonable. However, my first experience dining here left much to be desired. When the waitress noticed that I had left a huge portion of my meal untouched, I asked her why they used Italian sausage instead of breakfast sausage. Her response? It wouldn’t be sausage gravy then! I had to enlighten her about what breakfast sausage actually is.
To make matters worse, I wasn’t offered any compensation for my disappointing meal, and it seems I’m not alone in my frustration about the sausage gravy.
Management really needs to take these complaints seriously instead of getting defensive. They should focus on fixing the issues customers are pointing out!

The waitresses are amazing! The food was better when this place was Long Pond Diner, before the new owners. The “updated” hash browns make me sad, they are the frozen oval ones you can get at McDonalds instead of made in-house like they used to be. That, paired with the owners bad attitude, moves this once excellent little diner onto my “do not return” list. Sad to see!

I ordered a Captains Platter online for pickup. The ordering process was flawless, but the food was not. Everything was overcooked and dried out. I do not think the fish was really haddock. I would never order again from Bill’s Long Pond Diner.
