First time visit. Sat at the bar with other people nearby. Ordered Cheeseburgers with fries and drinks. It was all really good. I had a double cheeseburger, great flavor but the patty was a little smaller than I was expecting. And they didn’t offer lettuce. Also had a chocolate chip cookie which was good! I’ve always heard great things about Bill’s burgers so we had to check them out. We will return next time we are in Amory. Customer service was good as well.

Found this via a Google search while routing a weekend road trip. Looked to be worth checking out so much planned my route to stop here for lunch. Absolutely worth the stop. Burger was cooked perfect, onion rings were fresh from the fryer. If you find yourself in the area and are in the mood for a great burger this is the place to be. No huge fancy menu, they make it simple and do it well. Definitely recommended.

Good ol’ greasy spoon burgers and everything was HOT and fresh (the folks are friendly, too)! They’ve been at it since 1929 and the place was pretty full on a Tuesday, so they must be doing it right!

We were a little let down by Bill’s with the main problem being the size of the burgers, they were tiny. They had good flavor but nothing fantastic. If I happen to be in the area I may try again.

Lacking in everything. The women working did not acknowledge we were ready for over 10 minutes. Food was meh Burger was flavorless and fries were so hard they were barely edible. Would not waste time ever going back

It was suggested that I try Bill’s while Inwas staying nearby so I gave it a try. As usual with my #godzillantics I brought him along and this is his first review!
The service was nice. The burgers were great! You’re offered two choices while cooking in “with” or “without”. With comes with mustard and onions. “Without” comes to you plain, with a moderate amount of things you can add to your liking. The seasoned fries were very good as well! All in all, this was a great stop at a decent price, and I certainly recommend it. Godzilla does too!

This is the real deal old timey homemade hamburger joint in Amory, MS. This is no fake retro joint trying to lure the tourist in. You get your hamburger sandwich here “with” or “without” onions and mustard. Pickles are available on request. As soon as I got my double burger and fries, I will tell you that it was the best hamburger meal I had in a really long time. Staff were great and the place has 1940 written all over it. I told my friend that nothing has probably changed at Bills Burgers in the last 80 years, other than the prices. Great find. WARNING – this place charges 4% for using a credit card or debit card.
