A diamond in the rough!
Warm, quiet atmosphere. Our server, Coral was very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The food was delicious. Fries & onion rings were crispy and fresh. The Carolina burger was fantastic. The cook, Tyler even came out to make sure it was good. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!

1st & last time eating here. I called in my order and when I arrived (15mins later) to pick it up, I was told it wasn’t ready yet, but should be soon. After a few minutes of standing there one of the employees asked the cashier what was I waiting for and after she answered her, the girl pointed to a brown paper bag that was sitting on the counter since I walked in. After being handed the bag, I asked what it was because I knew all the food I ordered couldn’t had been in that bag. I was only missing my 2 side items, but my burgers, that were in that bag, were now cold, sloppy, & the cheeseburger w/no bun was missing the cheese. The cashier/person who took my order over the phone was great, but the communication between the employees is where I assume the ball dropped. For $23 I expected my main food items to at least be warm. My side items did taste good & im sure my Carolina burger would’ve been amazing if it was fresh and well stacked together. As pictured, this is how the bag looked and the food/wrapping, when it was given to me. I will not be wasting my money here anymore

I had the best fried pork sandwich – beautifuly cooked, very flavorful. Nothing was added to detract from the flavor. The fries were really good as well – you can still taste the potato. We were there on a Saturday for lunch and our food came out quickly.

I used to have my spot in Benson years ago. They closed it and never reopened it. I have never found another place with soup and grilled cheese like theirs since, until now! My husband loves Bill’s and now so do I! Vegetable beef soup and grilled pimento cheese is amazing!

heading to Wilmington from MD & pulled this place up on “food near me” – a little bit off the main hwy & 100% worth it. Hometown hospitality, delicious food, sweetest staff, & baked-this-morning desserts. Even the young cook leaving his shift for the day asked us how our meal was. Lots of atmosphere for a place so tiny!

We had the American cheeseburgers with fry’s and macaroni and cheese.
Cheeseburgers were dry and tough and the macaroni and cheese had some type of spice in it. Couldn’t taste the cheese, mostly just the spice. Wait staff was nice but the food was poor. We won’t return and don’t recommend it.

The food was outstanding. Everything came out hot and flavorful. We had Chicken and Waffles and the Classic Breakfast (pork tenderloin, sausage gravy, eggs, has browns and a biscuit). Our waitress was outstanding (Jalyn) and made awesome recommendations. The atmosphere was great (not to noisy but lively).

Wow, wow, wow never given a three wow review. Waitress staff is beautiful and confident. Went in too early for lunch bought my sodas and said come back you’ll be impressed. Came back after a haircut and more than impressed. Crispy fries and sweet potato fries. Salad fresh and delicious. Main course of fried porkchops. Oh damn. After eating lunch I knew why the waitress wasn’t worried about a soda. I always tip 20% this time 20% plus cash under the plate. I just moved to Wilson 2 months ago my son has eaten there at every chance for 2 years and told me I better try it and review it.
If you wanna travel states and check out local favorites like I do go to bills grill. Beautiful confident waitresses with a menu and cook staff that gives them every reason to be confident.
This may be my longest and best review. My friends from other lands. Wilson is middle of nowhere N.C. this place puts them on the map worth the visit check it and leave a review, you won’t be disappointed.
