This is probably the worst place to eat not only do they not have customer service skills. They are very,rude. We ordered two prime ribeyes. One was perfect. The other was nothing but fat we asked to talk to the owner. He refused to make us another steak. Instead he wanted to argue and go back-and-forth and bring us a steak out of the kitchen that was uncooked look worse than the one that we had on the plate. It was a very unpleasant experience. We will not be back. Also, after we were going to leave, the waiter, comes out and flips us off, which is very unprofessional. I don’t understand how somebody could run a business and act this way. Not only was the owner rude, but also the manager and the waitresses. I’ve worked in a restaurant for four years, and I would never treat a customer the way that we was treated tonight. They should be ashamed of the way they do people. They should be shut down. As a restaurant, you should do better by your customers because at the end the customer is always right.

Amazing food and appetizers! Restaurant is clean and welcoming! The staff are friendly! The mozzarella sticks were just right and I love that the food comes out fresh! Highly recommended and I see why this place is always busy!

First time customers last night. The staff was professional amd thorough. The food, we both got the 14oz ribeye, was delicious, mine was medium and hubby’s was med well, both cooked to our desired doneness. Excellent sides, my hubby was very impressed with his yummy green beans. All in all we will be back, hopefully many more times.

Went with my husband for dinner. Food was served quick. Great service. Ordered the whole catfish fried hard and the hubby ordered the seafood platter. Fish was fried crispy like I like it.

Now look…. I was not ready for that 5-foot cutout of Trump staring me down at the door had to gather myself! But babyyy, once I did… the greeter was sweet, the waitress was professional and efficient, the server was on point, and that food was delicious! Everything was seasoned, hot, and worth every bite. Politics aside, Bill’s came through with the flavor and the service!
10/10 — would definitely go again!

Terrible service, person serving the food didn’t change their gloves after touching his arms The steak was pretty good but they can’t do well done but that’s not a problem for me bc I eat my steak rare. Our waitress did not pick up the dishes she was good on refills tho we are not coming back again. 10/10 I do not recommend.

First time trying Bill’s Catfish & Steaks. It was delicious definitely worth the drive from Poplarville. Food was awesome, servers were friendly, and pretty nice atmosphere.
