Once again, I’m so happy and sad at the same time. So happy that I FINALLY stopped to have dinner at Bill’s. So SAD that I didn’t do this years and years ago.
We had the BEST server. So attentive to us, but not pushy. She gave us time to look over the menu, answered a few questions I had, and let us know the specials for the day.
We had a great salad from the simple, but very fresh salad bar. The brisket and ribs were absolutely amazing! Their pinto beans could be a meal in themselves. While I’m not the biggest fan of frozen fries, theirs came out freshly prepared. The bbq sauces (hot and mild) were not needed, but certainly added a whole new level of greatness to the smoked meats.
We were stuffed, but managed room for the apple dumpling with ice cream. It was worth our glutinous misery.
We will most definitely be coming back to Bill’s!

Good ole home cooking. The waitress made sure the drinks were kept full and checked on us frequently.
I ordered hashbrowns with onions and eggs over easy. Everything was cooked just right.
As part of their lunch menu, they have a salad buffet that looks delicious.
The decor is old western with farm implements and John Wayne pictures on the wall.

Good little small town,no frills, mom and pop, down home cooking restaurant. Got to be one of the best steaks in the area. Good friendly service. If you’re around Ardmore/Madill area you got to go for the steak. Flavor on the steak was perfect, nothing more needed. I don’t ideally eat bread or rolls with my meal; oh yeah the rolls are good. And get some homemade dessert!

Was recommended to eat here. “All you can hold” steak is Friday and Saturday night. I could only hold one. Some very funny local looking for chocolate pie ( was out though), had to settle for apple turnover. Love going to the local hole in the wall places. Thank you, I will be back.

I had the steak. It was delicious! I’m a firm believer that if you steak is seasoned right it doesn’t need any steak sauce. The steak was tender. The waitress was amazing. I wish they more toppings for the salad but it was still delicious. I will definitely be back soon.

Great little place, stopped in as we were passing through on our way to Frisco, TX. Chicken fried steak is home made, and I’m pretty sure everything else is too. I make this trip pretty often so I’m for sure stopping back in next time I get a chance.
