Bill’s BBQ Shack is a relative newcomer to the area. Formerly “CB Huntingtons” , Bill’s theme is country style BBQ family style. A full bar with TVs for sports is situated on the left as you enter the dining room. The spacious main room is lined with comfortable booths and a few picnic tables toward the rear. The decor is simple and functional. I ordered the Brisket sandwich. It was tasty with small cubes of brisket just enough sauce and a zesty pickled slaw topping and french fries on the plate. You can request different sauces for more or less heat. Nice bark on the brisket pieces. The waitress was excellent. Overall I liked my experience. You should give it a try

The ribs were on point and the Korean BBQ sauce was good, but I feel something was missing. The pork belly burnt ends were good, but a little crisper would be nice. The decor was awesome and worked very well. I wish I could have tries the birch beer float!!

Overall Bill’s BBQ Shack is Ok at best. Their sauces are delicious but their appetizer and meals are lacking in quality. I ordered the brisket sandwich, which came out room temp and almost cold. The meat was largely fat and very chewy. The sauce, coleslaw, and fries redeemed the meal. I also ordered the pulled pork BBQ nachos and unfortunately the cheese was awful quality. Again food was not hot, and the sauce was the only redeeming factor. They recently opened so I hope they are able to correct these deficiencies. The waitress and service received was great though. I will be coming back but I do hope the quality improves.

Food is great. Woman answering phone needs to be far removed from customer service. I called to ask a couple of questions about having my Father’s Day dinner there with my wife and family. Her attitude was negative and her responses were sarcastic. I will happily spend my time, money and Father’s Day elsewhere. She should find an office job where she is not dealing with the public. I hope the business owner reads this review for his sake.

My husband and I ordered from here tonight and we’re very disappointed. It was not worth the $60 . The smoked meat tasted terrible, it had such a weird taste to it and almost every bite of the pulled pork sandwich that had no sauce, had a lot of fat I couldn’t even get past the third bite without being grossed out. The “ribs” had so many little bones, it was such a hassle to eat. My husband got less than half way through eating the ribs and became frustrated he threw them out. I would not recommend this place.

Food was very good and atmosphere was nice. Waitress was very good also. We we’re at a booth overlooking the back of the restaurant and dumpsters. Windows need cleaning inside and out but the BBQ was so good we will be back! There is a nice bar, amusement park, mini golf and amazing arcade attached. Also an outside bar with live music on special nights. We went back the following weekend and the food was horrible! We all thought it was leftovers from the day before. Everything was room temperature to cold. How are fries cold? We will not be back. What a shame.

I lived in TX for years and was spoiled with amazing smoked BBQ in Driftwood at Saltlick! I was excited to try this place. While I thought the food was abysmal and didn’t finish any of my meal, my friend who had no other BBQ references didn’t think it was too bad (he’d still never go back though) . Long story short, if you’ve had authentic BBQ from any region of the states, you’re most likely gonna have a disappointing meal here. If you’ve never had any kind of regional US BBQ you should be alright, but the food isn’t great. Disappointing cuz I miss good BBQ so badly!
