Great place to grab a quick bite during the busy hustle and bustle of the holiday season. The beautiful Rockefeller Center tree was lit, and the city was jam-packed — Yet we didn’t have to wait very long for a table for our large group. Despite the long line at the hostess stand, the hostesses were friendly and accommodating. Julian was an amazing server! Food came out quickly and was hot and delicious! The milkshakes were out of this world and the tower of burgers “KILLER B’S” was absolutely delicious — Love the special sauce. The large soft pretzel was amazing! Every detail was perfect. Great options for kids!!! Not only did the kids get to pick between chicken fingers, burger, or hotdog their meals came with fries and a small milkshake! Highly recommend!

Made a reservation here for yesterday for an early dinner. They were able to take us early which was great. Crowded inside, especially I’m sure due to the time of year and proximity to Rockefeller Center. Our server was nice and friendly. Quick service. Good menu with a lot to choose from. We all enjoyed our apps: the giant pretzel and wings. Everyone enjoyed their burgers they got. Sliders came in 3, or 5 and the 5 came with some onion rings and fries. Good choice to split that meal as those sliders were a decent size. Overall a solid meal.

This restaurant was just fantastic. All of the food and drinks were delicious and it was staggering how fast the service was for the number of guests in the restaurant. A straight 10 on the service – well done. I would definitely recommend giving them a try if you haven’t. Highly recommended. Pro tip: Definitely make a reservation because this restaurant stays packed all the time.

The food was very good, and the buffalo sammies were honestly some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, the service was lacking. Our server never refilled our drinks and took a long time to bring the bill, which took away from the overall experience.

Great place, very busy. Found a spot at the bar right away. Was surprised that the food came out very fast. Don’t usually eat burgers but this one was very special, one of the best I’ve had. Chips and queso was just ok, llcheese was a bit to runny. Would recommend, wait can be over an hour.

Pretty large bar/restaurant close to Rockefeller Center. There was a wait on the weekend, during lunchtime. The hostess said 30 minutes and that was just about right. Lots of fried food choices and fancy milkshakes, which we didn’t get. Prices are a little expensive (not surprisingly for the location), but not terrible. The one thing was the bathroom situation. Our table was right outside the ladies room, which was pretty well used. A line the majority of the time we ate. Didn’t use the ladies room but could see it could have used a cleaning. Would recommend this location and would return again, maybe at a less busy time.

Stopped in here on my first night in NYC for dinner and a couple of beers. Both were tasty and the portions were big. I wouldn’t suggest a starter and main unless you’re ravenous. Food is $20 per item and beers are around $8–10 per pint.

It was my first time in the USA and my first burger there. I chose this place based on the reviews, and now I had to leave one myself because it was absolutely delicious! I was here about a month ago and tried a few other burgers later on, but this one definitely wins. Delicious

Busy and vibrant restaurant with plenty of customers being in the middle of NYC during lunch time.
Service was efficient and friendly. For starters we had the nachos and it was freshly made with good topping of cheese, meat and jalapenos.
The milkshakes are so rich and sweet, I’d treat it as if it was a dessert than a beverage! The burgers were fantastic, great sized meat patties, fresh vegetables especially the well brined pickles.
Solid place for a burger fix with good portion sizes, albeit be ready for NY tourists / city centre prices.

We stopped at Bill’s Bar & Burger for a casual bite and were definitely impressed by the flavor—but a bit less thrilled by the volume and prices.
We ordered the Cookies & Dreams milkshake (decadent and dreamy!), The Melt sandwich, plus onion rings and fries. The food was delicious and satisfying, classic comfort with a gourmet twist. That said, the prices felt a little extravagant for what’s essentially burgers and shakes—but hey, it’s New York.
Our server, Salin, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and patient, even when the restaurant got busy. The vibe inside was laid-back and fun, but the music was so loud, we could barely hear each other while sitting side by side. It made conversation tough, which took away from the chill dining experience a bit.
Great spot if you’re craving a juicy burger and a monster milkshake—just bring your appetite and maybe some earplugs.
