Good food, friendly service, local atmosphere.
We got the Mozzarella Sticks, Ribs, Pulled Pork Sandwich, and Brisket.
It was all super tender and taste. The Mozerella sticks had a HUGE cheese pull and came with more than enough Marina. Most places never give enough, this place did. The Ribs were seasoned with a pretty peppery rub. It almost tasted like jerky. The Original Sauce was a good choice for them and they had a bit of a kick. The Pulled Pork might have been my favorite. Super good. The Brisket was good too and so were the beans it came with. The Potato Salad and the Cole Slaw felt store-bought though.
The cashiers and cooks were fast, friendly, and kind.
I was expecting to sit down and have a waiter take our drink and food orders. Nope, this was a spot where you order your food at the counter and eat at a picnic table. Not mad about it. They’ve got sauces and napkins for you too.

So glad we came here!! The food is AMAZING. I highly recommend the brisket, absolutely delicious! The other four people I came with enjoyed their meals as well. The owner is awesome and signed our bottle of BBQ sauce! Great place, GREAT food!! Thank YOU!

Fantastic! Tremendous! One of the best smoked turkeys I’ve ever had and the brisket was sweet (not from sugar) and melted in your mouth. It’s like they made meat-based candy. The sides were fantastic as well.

Ribs were great full of flavor along with the turkey would definitely recommend giving them a try as far as that goes but mac and cheese was very dry potato salad was bland but the beans were good in all I definitely try something else next time side wise

Food was excellent as always. Brisket and turkey were perfectly smoked and very juicy. Rib tips and chicken were full of the bone tender. The sweet corn muffins are amazing and a must try!

Great food and great service. We got in about a half hour before closing and the nice gentleman came out and said folks don’t feel like you need to rush though your supper we’ll be here for a while preparing for there next day. We had the half chicken, pulled pork sandwich and chicken gizzards. Some of the BEST gizzards I’ve ever had.

I would highly recommend to try the brisket . I got the Brisket Dinner and was not disappointed. Very nice brisket ,good bark ,juicy and not over seasoned cant ask for more. Sides were good nothing out of this world . Also got an order of popcorn shrimp which was good not too greasy like some fast food places tend to serve it out and most of all great service. Great place .

The rib tips are EPIC! Everything they make at Bill’s is tender,juicy and full of flavor. The cornbread muffins are better than Grandma used to make too,also one of my favorites! The staff is friendly,the prices are good and you get a lot of great food for your money. Elkhart residents all know Bill’s is the place to go and people drive from far away just to get this awesome BBQ!

I ordered catfish dinner. The catfish was very good!! But the Mac and cheese and corn muffin was terrible! Mac and cheese dry and tasted like it was made yesterday and put in the microwave. Corn muffin was cold! Just didn’t like it. The service was wonderful
