As first-time visitors, we were immediately impressed, thanks in large part to Andrew, whose warm hospitality set the tone for our entire visit. They offered a quick, helpful rundown of the ordering process, shared thoughtful recommendations across both the breakfast and bakery menus, and delivered the kind of personable, attentive service that makes a strong first impression.
The menu itself is clearly crafted with care, offering an appealing balance of sweet and savory options for any kind of morning appetite. We began with an almond milk latte and a shared strawberry Boujee Poptart, a playful name for a pastry that delivers on flavor. The Turkish Eggs with Grilled Halloumi were a standout: beautifully plated, with flavors that were harmonious and well-executed.
My partner ordered the Brekki and found the bread surprisingly delicious, especially notable since he typically doesn’t seek out gluten-free options. We couldn’t resist picking up some cinnamon donut holes and a carrot cake cupcake to take home as well.
Even small details were well-maintained; the shared restroom space was clean and orderly, reflecting the overall care put into the guest experience.

I got a lemon tart, orange dream bar, black mango tea and the miso salmon burger. First time here. Won’t be the last. Very clean and modern. Great customer service. They do tap to pay.

Come here for the first time is a little chaotic. The tables are quite closely packed together and making it difficult to maneuver do the water station and back. Staff are very nice, the specialty baked goods are great. The croissants unfortunately fell flat. I would still return, but there are many things on the menu I would like to try

Had the carnitas burrito and it was delicious, coffee was great too. The pastries looked amazing, they were flying off the shelves so they must be very good. Great ambiance and quick service, it is self seating but had no issue finding a spot. Definitely coming back to load up on pastries.

Hands down one of the best places to eat in the KC area. Super laid back but they serve good food and have a ton of seating. We’ve never had to wait more than five minutes to find a table even on their busiest days. Great food if you are looking for gluten free or not cause they serve both. Great environment as well, and you won’t overpay for anything!

This place has been on my bucket list for a while and I finally made time to try this place out and see what it’s all about! The desserts were overflowing! I ordered the poke bowl, the Majik amino-ade and the gluten free cheesecake! It was hard to make any decisions in this place but that just means I’ll have to make multiple trips back! It’s a unique spot in Kansas City! Everyone should visit this place at least once!

The baked goods looked amazing!!!! We did not try them tho. My husband had steak and eggs and i had the salmon bowl. It’s unfortunate but his steak was very undercooked and his eggs were also undercooked. The food looked amazing and i wish it was for him. My bowl was actually
pretty good my egg was lightly poached but the rest of my food did not need to be cooked. The mushroom latte was pretty good as well. The atmosphere is very cool. We have heard great things about this place but it did not deliver. My husband ate a couple pieces of the steak and a small part of his egg and his potatoes, which were amazing, and no one asked how his food was they just came and grabbed his plate. It’s a cool place hopefully your experience is better.
