The food was very good with even better service; shout out to Bri our server who greeted us with a smile, laugh and help with navigation of the menu. Word of warning, if you get the pancakes I hope you are VERY hungry as they are the size of hubcaps and are delicious!!
Menu options seem breakfast standards.
Our breakfast choices were made fresh, arrived quickly & hot. Very tasty. I would definitely go back. I had a 1/2 scramble plate & it was huge. Took half of the half home. . The place definitely started getting busier about 10a with all types of folks coming in for breakfast and/or lunch. Our food & service were excellent. Atmosphere is nice, quaint, homey feeling. A very pleasant breakfast spot w fast, friendly, & efficient service.
Breakfast visit featured French Toast and their breakfast sandwich on Naan. YUMMY!!!

Another successful breakfast visit. Peppery biscuits and Gravy and a HUGE pancake left us with more than full bellies — take out boxes too!
Breakfast update.
We promised we would be back. So we did!
Experience was just as good at breakfast time, as it was at lunchtime. We had a different waitress and the experience was just as good – and our previous waitress recognized us and waved! The owner came over to say hello and we chatted for a bit. All that I said before applies to breakfast as well. This is definitely a place we will be visiting regularly and they are busy fo a very good reason! 🙂

We stopped in for lunch and had a great experience! We sat in the enclosed patio, and while it was a bit on the chilly side, the heater would come on and warm it up. The waitress was a gem and the food was great.
We had the Poutine, the Cranberry Chicken Salad, and the Chicken Philly Sandwich. Add to that a cup of coffee and we ended up spending less than $20 per person and had enough leftovers for each of us to have another lunch. In other words, this is really good value for the money.
From what we were told, they opened up about 18 months ago, but with some of the same staff that used to run the previous place. The food was tasty and the quantities were ample. There was a steady stream of customers coming and going while we were there, yet the staff was handling everything with no issues and we got our orders in what seemed like a quick turnaround. We noted the fresh ingredients in all of our dishes: Roasted and flavorful chicken on the salad; real cheese curds on the Poutine and more.
We will definitely be coming back!

Want top menu picks or best times to go?
The service was friendly and the servers and customers had some great banter. There were several regulars that walked in and the staff treated them like friends, and it was great to see. My server gave me props for my eating ability and suggested I come back for a potential pancake-eating challenge once they open up their new location. The only negative of my time here was that the bathroom ceiling leaked on me, but they said they were in the process of trying to get it fixed. I would definitely go back.
