Absolutely fantastic breakfast! The servers were very friendly and helpful. Great coffee. The pancakes are huge, thick, and fluffy, and very tasty! The pancake flavors can be mixed as well. The bacon was crispy and delicious! We also got the breakfast sandwich on a bagel with sausage, which was great! We 100% recommend you go here if you’re from out of town, amazing find!

The worse fish dinner I ever purchased. $24.00 charge. I ordered it to go. I was right there at the exact time it came from the rear kitchen. I live 2 miles away. As soon as I got home, I immediately opened the bag to eat. As soon as I looked at the fries, I knew it was a rip off. The fries were cold undercooked and wilted. The fish was also cold and the breading is burnt and taste terrible. The coleslaw was fair. I tried to call to tell them however the phone is busy. Apparently, someone likes this place but do not get the fish. This meal goes down in history as the most expensive worse fish dinner I ever purchased

Probably the best chicken parm I have ever had. It was cooked perfectly and the portion size was so huge that I have a whole meal for tomorrow. My fiance had the Italian sub and she said it was delicious

The food here is outstanding! Despite being extremely busy on a Sunday morning, the staff provided fantastic service without missing a beat. I highly recommend the French toast, along with any of the meats on the menu—they’re all delicious!

I saw this diner on PTL Diner week previously and wanted to give it a try. I am glad that I did!

The food was very good with even better service; shout out to Bri our server who greeted us with a smile, laugh and help with navigation of the menu. Word of warning, if you get the pancakes I hope you are VERY hungry as they are the size of hubcaps and are delicious!!

Was in Peter’s area & googled breakfast near me-Billie Ann’s came up. Closer to Bridgeville, Cecil, Millers Run Road..but off we went. Very cute, inviting, warm, quaint, clean, and friendly little place. Outside is adorable, colorful, & plenty of parking. We arrived about 9:30 & 2 tables were occupied. We sat ourselves which was obvious protocol. We were greeted immediately by a waitress who brought us menus & silverware. Our waitress & the other waitress working were very friendly, helpful, professional, & efficient. She offered us beverage choices & then plenty of time to look over menu. Given plenty of space w/o hovering. Again, stellar service.
Menu options seem breakfast standards.
Our breakfast choices were made fresh, arrived quickly & hot. Very tasty. I would definitely go back. I had a 1/2 scramble plate & it was huge. Took half of the half home. . The place definitely started getting busier about 10a with all types of folks coming in for breakfast and/or lunch. Our food & service were excellent. Atmosphere is nice, quaint, homey feeling. A very pleasant breakfast spot w fast, friendly, & efficient service.

Breakfast visit featured French Toast and their breakfast sandwich on Naan. YUMMY!!!

=============================
Another successful breakfast visit. Peppery biscuits and Gravy and a HUGE pancake left us with more than full bellies — take out boxes too!

Breakfast update.

We promised we would be back. So we did!

Experience was just as good at breakfast time, as it was at lunchtime. We had a different waitress and the experience was just as good – and our previous waitress recognized us and waved! The owner came over to say hello and we chatted for a bit. All that I said before applies to breakfast as well. This is definitely a place we will be visiting regularly and they are busy fo a very good reason! 🙂

==================================

We stopped in for lunch and had a great experience! We sat in the enclosed patio, and while it was a bit on the chilly side, the heater would come on and warm it up. The waitress was a gem and the food was great.

We had the Poutine, the Cranberry Chicken Salad, and the Chicken Philly Sandwich. Add to that a cup of coffee and we ended up spending less than $20 per person and had enough leftovers for each of us to have another lunch. In other words, this is really good value for the money.

From what we were told, they opened up about 18 months ago, but with some of the same staff that used to run the previous place. The food was tasty and the quantities were ample. There was a steady stream of customers coming and going while we were there, yet the staff was handling everything with no issues and we got our orders in what seemed like a quick turnaround. We noted the fresh ingredients in all of our dishes: Roasted and flavorful chicken on the salad; real cheese curds on the Poutine and more.

We will definitely be coming back!

– Cozy, nostalgic atmosphere with a local charm.

What to Watch Out For
– Interior is dated—more about comfort than style.
– Can get busy during breakfast rush.

I love supporting smaller and lesser-known restaurants. I got two cinnamon-raisin pancakes with peanut butter drizzled on top, and they’re large, thick, and fluffy. I originally ordered one cinnamon raisin and one peanut butter, but they offered to combine it for me. I also got the Frank-N-Burger, which is loaded with various meats. I can’t say I’ve had a hot dog on a burger before, but it was great. It was juicy and had plenty of flavor; the fries were also great. The portions are generous with great prices. Two people – including me who eats for two – was $52. Breakfast is served all day and they’re planning on adding a dinner menu once they expand to another location.

The service was friendly and the servers and customers had some great banter. There were several regulars that walked in and the staff treated them like friends, and it was great to see. My server gave me props for my eating ability and suggested I come back for a potential pancake-eating challenge once they open up their new location. The only negative of my time here was that the bathroom ceiling leaked on me, but they said they were in the process of trying to get it fixed. I would definitely go back.
