Love the South Broken Arrow location! Great food and prices such as salads, spaghetti, subs, and baklava. We eat there a couple times a week and the staff knows what we want. Prices are more than fair. Far better than fast food. Always fresh. A+.

I work across the street. I use to love this location, but today I had a very negative experience. I walked in to look at the menu of what I wanted and both the girls working had a horrible customer service attitude then I get asked what I wanted very rude..like I’m a problem…..but guess I could be over looking like. Would recommend if you don’t like your job then to find a new one cause I’m bringing you service.

Horrible experience. To start- they overcharged me- to their credit they did fix it right away when I mentioned the issue. Overall she seemed super flustered.. luckily the other girl asked about ingredients on my husbands meatball sandwich because she forgot to put stuff on it so that had to be fixed.
Now the worst part- I got the super sub and it was ONLY bologna and maybe some ham.. no roast beef or salami to be found and it tasted awful. Imagine Buddig lunch meat… super gross low quality tasting meat. Not to the standard of other Bill and Ruth’s I’ve visited. Super disappointing.

Today, I witnessed the worst display of professionalism from the man behind the counter that I have ever seen. How can an employee lose it like that? To cuss and threaten a person with violence like he did, just for some freaking dressing, is insane. The owner of this business needs to get rid of this person before he loses his business.

The BEST sandwich shop in Tulsa!! My family has been coming to this location for a decade and we absolutely love the family that works here. They are so friendly every time we come in and the food is amazing! I have never had a bad experience here and I am so glad the store is open again.

Sandwiches could be good, but the girl taking orders is rude and disgusting. I asked her what sandwich she recommends and she said “I dunno.” I asked “You dont eat where you work?” And she said “Nope.” She continued to hack and cough all over the sandwiches the other girl was making. Ew.

We love this location! We love the people that own this location. Their are 2 girls that work evenings that completely disregard customers. They talk openly and loudly about personal drama with no care that people are in the store. They laugh, cus, make jokes about learning disabilities, all while attempting to make customers food. We only come during the day to avoid these 2 girls.
