In my opinion, all Bill Miller’s locations should be closed down or a whole new revamp when it comes to sanitation. I have frequent all Bill Millers within the Austin area and every location’s tea has a hint of mold tasting. It’s very rare that I taste legit fresh tasting tea. At this specific location there was black stuff in my tea. Thankfully I noticed it before drinking the whole tea and getting sick. At one of their other locations, which has closed down now, I actually got really bad food poisoning, the worst I’ve ever had and was sick for 2 weeks. Making the tea in plastic bins potentially releases microplastics into the tea. Once tea has been sitting out for longer than an hour it starts growing mold. I don’t believe they keep it in a cool temperature like some other places do which would make sense why every time I would get the tea there it had a hand to mold. 100% of the time that I go to Cane’s their tea always tastes fresh with no hint of mold. So if you are looking for good tea I’d suggest canes.

This is awful!! No egg in the taco and one slice of bacon. Not worth the money, the employee put no effort into this. They should put themselves in the customer’s shoes, how full would you like your taco if you paid money for it? Will you be ok with that crumble of egg? I hope management retrains its employees to make tacos better.
Again visited 2/26/26 the tacos are the same no eggs, the tacos should be labeled and drinks are not carbonated. Next time I’m going to take this to the manager and see what’s the issue with making a taco do they need to go to culinary school?

This morning I was craving a breakfast burrito and my friend suggested this place! I’m like okay sure 🙂 .. we’ve been here before but I was just “OK” then but this time whooo the breakfast small tacos which we got bean and egg, bean and potato, and bean with bacon. Let me tell you I’m big on beans and yes those were delicious! With a combination of each, it was so simple but so tasty.
We also go to the breakfast bowl to share and it’s basically the same thing but you can add sausage and make your own little tacos.
The cashier was nice, and the sitting area was empty. It was a great time, especially in the morning, if you want to dine in, as it’s not too busy. Nice and clean.

I love that this place offers very early morning dining for breakfast. They don’t miss with their tacos! I’m usually dining in, but have had a taco box order and it remains delicous in travel as well.

I got to tell you I have eaten at all the Bill Millers in Austin surrounding cities if my farm most this is the best one I know portions are supposed to all be the same but somehow they make my salads and my tacos and all my orders a little fuller then any of the other ones I’ve been to. Some other employees might be younger but their hospitality and service our way above normal I’m better than any of the others I’ve been to

Two hungry Texan men walk into a Bill Miller’s and order their meals. One guy ordered tea that came in a Texas-size cup. But the other guy ordered water, and it came in a sippy cup.
He asks, “If I want more water, should I then order two?”
The cashier replied, “There’s a drinking fountain in the lobby if you’d like more.”
She wasn’t kidding, there are two drinking fountains in the lobby.
So the takeaway here is, valued customers don’t drink water. Guests who choose water can lap their servings at the communal water bowl instead.
If I choose to drink water, I shouldn’t be limited to one serving size. I understand that the cost is higher and I expect to pay more for a larger amount of fresh, clean water with my meal.
Come on, Bill Miller’s!
This is Texas, y’all!
Where’s our hospitality?

I had ordered 2 different tacos and on the brisket. Wow how little brisket just all tortilla. My coworker had ordered 3 different tacos and one was the brisket. When he went to try it they gave him a bean and cheese but changed him for the brisket. Never going back. The quality for food is just gone from them.

Stopped by one rainy morning for the first time via the drive-thru window. The line wasn’t too bad and it moved fairly quick. I couldn’t decide what to get so I tried the cowboy breakfast. I was a bit disappointed as the gravy was cold and there wasn’t much gravy to begin with. Plenty of bacon though. Not a bad breakfast if you’re in a hurry. The young lady at the window was welcoming and cheerful.

I came in to get some Bill millers I used to come here all the time. I used to live down the street now I’d stop by occasionally get some cheap eats. Today was the first time I’ve eaten inside It wasn’t terrible I just feel like it could have been just a little bit better I guess. Plenty of parking restrooms were decently clean. Overall I probably will still come by occasionally. I got two chopped sandwiches the combo It was a little messy way more than I’m used to but it tasted fine.

First time at a Bill Miller BBQ. SO I didn’t know the menu. Service felt really rushed even though we were the only customers at the time. Rather than being asked what I wanted for my drink, sweet teas was poured automatically – and wasted, since we wanted unsweet tea and diet coke.
The food was tasty, and the sides were good (best part of our meals), but the chicken leg was from a pretty skinny chicken – I was hungry an hour later.
At least I’ll know, if I’m ever in Texas again.
