This was a doordash order so I can’t speak to the atmosphere, but as a person who is very pucky when it comes to bbq, this was a nice surprise. Brisket was lean and juicy, the green beans were seasoned well and the pecan pie was excellent.

Ordered the Bill Miller breakfast. Such a disappointment after getting home too see my plate. I ordered it with sausage and added a side order of bacon. Each slice of bacon looked as if it was split in half going down the middle. It wasn’t even the whole slice of bacon. 3 slices were more like one whole slice and a half all together.

In a state filled with BBQ joints you need to do better. The brisket was meh. Sadly, I didn’t have the appetite to try other options. Everything smelled great, but the brisket tacos I ate left me down, unfortunately. I would give them another chance next time I’m in town to try the ribs or sausage.

Man I love BBQ and I mean I thought I loved all BBQ. That was until I ate at Bill Millers BBQ and for the first time was astonished that someone could make BBQ sauce that bad and ribs that could disappoint. I thought surely that’s the only bad thing on my plate but the coleslaw is coleslaw in name only. It was cabbage in a vinegar sauce. If I offered this meal as an alternative to prison food I’m pretty sure 9/10 inmates would turn their nose up and choose to eat a nutria brick. If you want to waste your money and wish you’d have just gone hungry eat here. the saving grace is the tamales where at least edible.

The young guy taking the orders was rude and we felt rushed ordering and the fried Chicken was not up to typical Bill Miller’s standards

When ever we are in town we patronize this bill millers but last week we ordered the chicken and I strongly believe it was fried twice to sell and it actually looked like beef jerky. So we returned it and the second order was not fully cooked and we just couldn’t eat it. But I can actually say that the service was good as always but I don’t think we will patronize this location again.

Had the worst experience ever today. Sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes waiting on my order only to be given cold food. No one even apologized for the wait time, in fact they acted like we were annoying them for even being there. Will not visit the Portland location again even though it is a mile away from my home.

Everytime and I mean EVERYTIME we go they miss stuff on the order and I have to in to fix it. Then they treat you like crap for simply saying they messed it up and I would like it fixed. Don’t even get me started on asking for extra pickles or extra sauce, they treat it like its a damn crime to even ask and get all snarky. I just spent 60$ dollars in your damn restaurant you can afford an extra cup of sauce. I’m really disappointed in the place I hope they get better.

Well, it was only $12 for a brisket plate. Everything was pretty bland, not bad, but just no seasoning. The BBQ sauce tasted like ketchup. It was like BBQ you would get in Utah, not Texas..maybe the chicken is better?
