SERVICE:
*Mariah, my counter clerk / cashier was very efficient. The Wlecomed me before I ordered and thanked me after I paid.
*I literally walked in, ordered, was handed my to-go order, and out tge doir I. 10 minutes. Yes, 10 minutes; AMAZING!
ATMOSPHERE:
*Place was brisk with diners and to-go counter orders, and a line of vehicles in the drive-through.
*Place looked cl.ean.
*Country vibe. Country music waso playing loud enough to hear it, but low enough to easily converse.
Thank you for excellent customer care!
Original review: Not a location we’ll be going back to.
First they gave us the wrong chicken. We ordered tenders and we got fried chicken. Good thing we checked. They fixed it but gave us the same bag that the other chicken was in with grease or potatoes stuck to the outside of the bag.
Then after getting home (20 mins away) we see we didn’t get the right brisket either. We ordered extra lean and they gave us extra fat. ( I know some people love it that way, but not our thing..)
Pretty bad after spending over $60..
We ordered thru the drive through and very disappointed. Only one of us got to eat what we ordered.
And, guess what, it was me that got the short end of the stick. It was too hard to get a 2 pc. chicken. I get it 2 pc. dark, but dang it if the thigh is over fried, or has been under the heat lamp too long. Throw it away. Why do y’ all think to put in on someone order is Ok?
Everyone else behind me and anyone who pulled in after had all been served and moved out of the drive thru while I continued to sit and wait. I went back around the drive thru, because again I have a sick child with me. I watched them just hand the girl in the window my order that has just been SITTING THERE!!! They gave me brownies as a “sorry for the wait” I ordered BREAKFAST what in the world makes you think I want a BROWNIE?? All of my pancakes have basically fused and “melted” together due to sitting wrapped in foil in a bag under a heat lamp just baking when I was just sitting there waiting where I was told to wait. I only got my food because I went back into the line who knows how long it would’ve taken me otherwise to get my food. It’s no wonder that woman got burned with sauce once if they just leave food under the heat lamps like that instead of running it when ready.
