I’m not sure it’s because it’s in the area that it’s at. Unfortunately the service here is not as pleasant as other Bill Miller’s I have been in. The food here seems so dry.
I try not to come to this one of I don’t have too.

I know this place can do better with service and food quality

Ordered a chicken strip combo/3pc chicken combo & a chicken sandwich with no pickles and a large fry. Waited 10 mins from the time I ordered to the time I paid. Which is fine. When the young lady was reading my order back I asked her if the chicken sandwich had no pickles on it like I ordered. She says we put pickles on it sorry. Can we just remove the pickles or it will be another 10mins for a new sandwich to be made. So I waited for a new chicken sandwich to be made. So while waiting another 10mins for the chicken sandwich my other food is getting cold. This wasn’t the best experience at this location.

I give service a 5 star because the young lady in the dining area was super sweet and I’d also like to add they threw in an extra slice of pecan pie but can I just say when I pay you for a 15 piece MIXED family fried Chicken I would really like that…driving all the way home and find mostly all dark is not ok. I don’t know what’s happened to Bill Miller BBQ but it hasn’t been that same in a long time..I guess serving dark pieces of chicken is cheaper. Such a disappointment and this isn’t the first time it’s happened nor the 2nd nor the third..I guess it time to accept the fact this is their standard now…oh and for the young manager to tell me “Oh I know we put white..(three wings..ok) in there but anyway”…what lack of customer service!

For as anal as they are about “get the food out with the change” I would think after waiting 10minutes on the food it would be hot and cooked thoroughly. Cold partially raw fries are not tasty. At least the chicken was done.

Crappy Coffee, no coffee creamer, no brisket, no milk, no strawberry jelly.
Service was meh. They were low key happy they had nothing.
Stopped here to eat breakfast.
Mistake.
Why even open?
Look. The no brisket because we are waiting on a truck is crazy.
Good gravy. This is your thing.
I ended up ordering pancakes which are made to order and they were very good.

Wow. As a BBQ eater I was really let down. I didn’t realize they reheat their meat in a microwave and grabbed a rib bone that was uncomfortably hot. The ribs themselves were fatty and tough. The beans, coleslaw and potatoe salad were good. We’ll pass on a return visit.

I’m not from San Antonio. I decided to buy breakfast tacos for my office.

I was able to order by phone to pick it up in my way to work. Great service, the tacos were ready and the cashier was helpful.

I ordered different tacos, but the one caught my attention was the brisket and eggs tacos. It was delicious!

Years ago, mom and I visited a bill millers location on the Southside. During that visit, we will educated on the jargon used to describe not fat on the brisket. The jargon word was “marble”. So if we didn’t want fat we would say no marble and it was understood no fat on the brisket. At your Eisenhower location, we used the same jargon and we ended up we far on our brisket. Now to our surprise, bill miller no longer recognize the jargon word “marble”. The new update word to describe no fat on our brisket is “lean, lean”. So just one lean isn’t enough. Now we have say lean… lean to indicate not fat on brisket. Very unusual to your consumers. I guess going forward I’ll have say lean to the 2nd power just avoid this bad experience.

Ordered one potato egg and cheese taco for myself and my so got two egg and bacon My son got two tacos that was half the size of mine they made two tacos from one. My son got finish his two tacos before I even got half of mine done I didn’t go talk to a manager because I didn’t want to embarrass my son This place is a rip off I paid I’ve $10 for three tacos and got ripped off with two of the tacos. I wouldn’t recommend buying food here and if you are going to get food there check your food out before leaving drive through or inside be prepared to be disappointed and ready to complain or ask for refund. I will never eat at this location ever again. It’s not worth it.

How can you do me like this when you’re charging what you are? Tortilla uncooked and stale at the same time.. where’s the rest of the egg? I think this single taco is $3.25 if I’m not mistaken. I know it’s rough in the world, but this is pretty absurd if you ask me.

Edit: Y’all done it again. Eventually I will learn and go elsewhere. No cheese on my bean& cheese that costs $1.50+Tax
