The food quality was just bad. Fries are soggy, mushy inside not even a little firm or crunch to them, the bun on my chicken sandwich was dried out, covered in flour that was baked on like saw dust, the fried chicken was raw breading and soggy on one side. Great service but the food just bad. I threw it out. Won’t be going back there again.

Bill Miller’s Bar-B-Q Google Maps Review
I had a great experience at this Bill Miller’s location, thanks to an excellent manager. There was a difficult situation with another customer’s order, but the manager, a young man, handled it with impressive calm and efficiency. He quickly resolved the issue, and then took the time to have a brief, helpful conversation with his team about communication. It was a great example of strong leadership and positive management. This is the kind of service that makes a difference.

Just touched down at the airport after a four hour delay. Was thankful that Bill M. Drive thru Was still open.. the store was about 10 mins till closing and was misled by the staff that very little food was available. After a back and fourth, was told that fresh fries would be dropped if we got 4 combos. So we ordered 4 combos. After all that left the store with brisket jerky sandwiches and the grossest fries. I really don’t appreciate the unprofessionalism and plain rudeness of the whole staff. Mgmt included. Once staff got off their phones the process went a lil smoother. All and All will never go to this location again.

I have visited this located only twice. The couple people I interacted with had attitude. The food the first time was very old, inedible. Today was ok, probably because it was lunch. My order wasn’t properly taken in the drive thru and I got attitude about it at the window. I asked for condiments at the window and was given packets that were dirty with dried food. It makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the restaurant! It certainly displays the employee’s Integrity and the manager’s skill at training their employees to clean and use proper service standards. I won’t visit this location ever again!

Needs some work. Busy around lunch time. A couple of workers were having issues, management. Same food as always. Brisket and sausage plate with sweet tea. Moist brisket and perfect sweet tea. Hashbrowns and beans were good. Price was about $20 for thevRodeo Plate. The pecan pie was awesome.

Food is great of course but the employees at this location have been slacking on to-go/drive thru orders. The past 4 times we have visited, I’ve had to check my bag because I’ve had occasions where I notice an entire meal missing AFTER getting home. Having to go back for the missed meal then get back home to another already cold. This is the only location close to me so it’s been very upsetting.

Busy….good food. They have their own version of sides….the green beans had some tang and some heat. Potato salad was good- no pimentos, thankfully. Bbq sauce was good, but not memorable. The pecan pie was worth the whole trip. I ate every crumb. Tea was good- not too watered down. Service was fast and friendly, even the busboy (not a boy) was pleasant. All in all, I’d repeat.

The Bill Miller’s off McCullough is always spot-on — fast, friendly, and consistently delicious. The BBQ is fresh, the tea is ice-cold and perfect every time, and the service crew keeps things moving with a smile. You can tell this location takes pride in doing things right. Whether it’s breakfast tacos, a quick lunch, or a full BBQ plate, it always hits the spot. Great food, clean dining area, and that familiar Bill Miller comfort that feels like home.
