All of the breakfast choices are delicious and the taco box is a great price. I think the atmosphere is modern and minimalist but “Texas” and nostalgic at the same time. I recommend especially for breakfast.

Bill Miller’s is a San Antonio BBQ chain serving up pretty standard options. You’ll find fried chicken, brisket tacos, chicken sandwiches, and usual sides of green beans, fries, and beans. This location is very big and gets a lot of traffic being at such a busy intersection. Service is way better than food. The food is pretty standard and doesn’t stand out much apart from the breakfast tacos which are great. It’s a fine casual lunch choice, but don’t expect much.

Gabby the breakfast manager is spot on. She is one of the hardest working managers I’ve seen. She’s so nice so friendly it’s pleasant to come in and eat breakfast. I drive by three other Bill Millers just to enjoy the atmosphere and delicious breakfast.

Not to busy when we arrived. Food took forever to come out. We kept asking for ketchup and every employee would say there the dispenser and we told each one we know but it’s empty. They would walk away as if they were going to fix it but never did. So we go again and asked for ketchup and told the same, so we just said just give us some packets because we’ve been telling yall since we got here.

So we waited in the food and when it came out it was barely warm. Truly disappointed. Someone had asked for mgr and were told they were busy in their office.

Went to eat here with all my work buddies since we are doing some work nearby. We had a great time. The young ladies gave us great service. They brought our food to our table and brought us our refills. The food was excellent. Most of us had the Turkey plate. All in all we had a good time

This location is the worst one I’ve visited. I ordered a #7 and it was terrible. I noticed that in the reviews I’m not the only person that’s experienced this. The sandwich was stale and smashed. I’ve been to other locations and I’ve never experienced the quality of the food this bad. The 410/Nacodoches location seems to hold the crown in my book. They never disappoint when it comes to service, quality or efficiency. Whoever they had making these sandwiches either needs to be retrained or quit if they aren’t happy working there. It zero sense to put out a product this bad.

I ordered through Door Dash a carne quisada taco and a sausage and beans taco. The freaking tortilla tasted like freezer burn and seemed to be wet like it was thrown ins a microwave. The carne quisada was old, the tips of the meat were dry and looked like it sat there for awhile or burned in the microwave. Worse there there was a small ball inside my taco that turned out to be a small piece of foil that was inside the taco. Makes me think it was an old taco that was reheated and put into another foil paper and rewrapped. I will NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I can’t even imagine what else they are doing back there with their food and in tbe kitchen. Where is the manager and the inspection crew???? Never again.

Chicken is good. The “chopped buns” are usually awful because they purposefully smush them like so … I don’t understand why and it’s disappointing because I love their chopped buns, but this place just abuses them 🙁

I ordered the pack of 6 chopped buns and they were ALL like the picture btw
