In 1950, with a $500 loan from his father, Bill Miller opened a small poultry and egg business. Three years later Bill Miller Bar-B-Q began as a small fried chicken-to-go restaurant. Today Bill Miller is a family owned and operated business with 77 locations in the San Antonio, Austin, Corpus Christi and surrounding areas. We take pride in cooking all our barbecued meats in pits smoked with 100% live oak wood. We offer a variety of meats such as brisket, sausage, bar-b-q chicken, pork spareribs, turkey and fried chicken. We specialize in the baking of breads and pies made fresh daily. Wow this is what you call fast service and so far my experience at this location has been Great !
Food has been delicious 2 piece Fried chicken with fries and a sweet- tea . I always take advantage of their $1 refills.
The young lady ♀️ who took my order was very friendly and gave excellent customer service! ( Treat people how you would like to be treated) She was taking orders outside and I tell you folks there was a long line. This place is busy! So as far as I can see they are doing something right!
Also, I would like to mention the Cashier giving out orders named ANGIE she’s been with Bill Millers for 25 yrs ! Keep up the Great work! She was Fast friendly and gave Excellent service!

We always go here to buy food,but this time we order the small brisket meal,almost everything was fine except the Brisket, it looked like it was scraps,like left over meat ,it was cold and greasy!! Trust me our dogs enjoyed it!! We deserve a refund or another meal!! I had just gotten out of the hospital, that’s Why we didn’t go back!! Next time,don’t serve left over food!! Thank you

If I could give no stars I would!! Terrible people! I waited in line for approx.12 minutes and watched multiple cars drive off but I had no clue as to why so waited patiently because the signed taped up said “CASH ONLY” I waited and waited and waited. Finally I tried driving g to the window and a gentlemen was there cleaning the window so I Parked and got off when I got off there was no lights on when I walked in. I asked to speak to the manager one of the employees claimed he was the assistant manager. I told him what’s going on. There’s nobody outside. He’s like there’s no electricity. I told him well maybe you should have an employee let letting people know that there’s no electricity for them to drive around or to come inside because it only says cash only outside even then proceeded to claim that there should have been a sign outside. Didn’t even apologize for the way, didn’t apologize for nobody being out the window didn’t apologize for absolutely anything and then the girl that took my order. Wanted to get an attitude because I was upset because I had already been in line for over 15 minutes. Terrible service terrible staff terrible place.

You order soup they ask if you want rice inside when I asked it’s on the side please. They said they’d have to charge me for a portion which is OK it’s ridiculous. My mother enjoys the soup so I’m standing in line for 15 minutes in the automobile to get it and we’ll be back, but I think it’s ludicrous that you charge for a side portion if somebody wants to rice on the side when they order the soup.

They messed up my order again. I ordered two tacos to go and only got one. My wife asked for corn tortillas and they brought flour. We told the worker, but the missing taco never came out.
I grabbed a pecan pie from the display case since the sign said “baked today.” The worker acted like I shouldn’t have taken it out, even though the case wasn’t locked or marked.
Ive seen to many mistakes here every time we go.
