Part of a regional chain long known for its cheeseburgers, hot dogs & frozen custard.

Fast food with table side service. The taproom is kinda fun, with darts, pinball tables, and other activities and TVs to entertain you and your friends. The burger was bland and dry. Why are the places that advertise “World’s Best” anything always especially mediocre? If you decide to get a burger, get the hot sauce. It added a little spice and flavor. The curly fries were fine, but definitely fast food quality fries. I spent about $28 on a burger, fries, a fancy beer, and a tip. I walked over to the fast food side and got a chocolate chip wheel, which was pretty tasty, aside from being difficult to bite. Overall, not a bad place to hang out with friends, but don’t expect much for the food.

Our server, Crystal was great. The food was delicious as always. Their burgers are savory and their wings are plump and cooked to perfection.
The only issue was the utensils. I understand your business model is disposable plates and cutlery, that’s fine. However, the small and flimsy forks are insufferable. If you are going to continue to not offer reusable flatware, please consider more robust utensils.
The interior is clean, warm, welcoming and well appointed with sports memorabilia.

Bill Gray’s is legendary and there food still proves it after all these years. I was at one of ther locations during my early military service and the food quality, wasteland customer friendly environment is outstanding. Im from buffalo and this place is worth the travel. The manager even spoke to us about our experience and encouraged an awesome desert. We’ll done bill Gray’s well done. Also your garbage plate should be sold everywhere.

Waited 10 minutes to be asked if I wanted a drink after walking in and sitting at the bar. The place was maybe at 5-10% capacity. I ordered wings and tots. It took another q5 minutes and the server only brought me tots. I asked where were the wings. Was told they would be right up. An hour later I got a cold order of wings. Sent them back and waited another 15 minutes for an actual hot order. They were fine but I’m not going back!

The new Bill Grays is nice new place. The did a really nice job with the remodel. There are 3 golf simulators, 4 dart boards and two separate rooms for parties. One of the rooms looks like it opens up to the outside via two bay doors. They also have a massive full circle bar in the middle of the room which can probably fit 40 people around it. In the bar/dining area is full service with traditional Bill Grays items along with other menu items. on the other side of the wall is a traditional Bill Grays setup with Abbots ice cream

Meet up with some friends . Typically Bill Grays Pub . Huge bar , lots of taps and tons of TVs . They also have darts and golf sim. Food was perfect Bill Grays quality. I wish they hadn’t put relish on my plate , but I guess thats their everything. The service was a little slow , but they did just open, bit it wasn’t that busy . So hopefully with some more time everything will speed up to the other locations . Definitely a great spot for some classic smash burgers beer and sports.

We stopped by Bill Gray’s and were impressed right away — the place was big, clean, and busy, but the service was fast and efficient. Peter took our order and was super helpful, even pointing us to the website for a discount on our fish fry dinner (much appreciated!). The food? Absolutely lived up to the hype. Huge portion, crispy, flavorful, and deserving of the “Best Fish Fry in Rochester” title. Excellent service, great atmosphere, and fantastic food — highly recommend!

We came from out of town and were excited to enjoy some garbage plates. The food was great and our waittress was wonderful. The only disappointing part was that we came specifically to watch the syracuse game and was the whole reason we chose restaurant. When we asked about putting the game on, the bar manager responded with “that is our lowest priority”, even though its a sports bar. It felt dismissive and unnecessary, and definitely impacted the experience we had. Bar management could be more considerate of guests who come specifically for the environment.

My in-laws came in from out of town, and we thought this would be an easy place to take them, and enjoy a local Rochester meal. The dinner started out with flies in my mother-in law’s wine. They promptly replaced it, but that is a terrible mistake. We waited a very long time for food, and by the time we received our food, it was cold. I finally spoke to someone in charge, and they gave us $22 off the order. However, it wasn’t about the money at that point. It was just a terrible experience (nothing says “welcome to Rochester” like flies in the wine and cold food, i guess). I would have rather spent this money at Chipotle, or even at Wendy’s, and actually have a shot at warm food. Very embarrassing for this establishment and myself, as I have gone to Bill Gray’s countless times and always love showing visitors our local burger joint. I am not sure I will take anyone to BG’s anymore. They also didn’t seem to have anyone actually in charge out on the floor. It was almost all teenagers, and even the person I spoke to didn’t seem to care a whole lot. You can do better.
