It’s mine and the girlfriend‘s birthday December 13, 2025. We decided we are going to spin a wheel came up Bill Greys.
We were gonna grab dinner there tonight. We ordered online went to go pick it up grab the order came home found that we had ordered two meals with two cheeseburgers what we got in the bag were three fries and one burger. I Had to go all the way back to the store.
Meanwhile, the drinks are getting warm and the food is getting cold to get to the location and mention what happened. They wanted proof which I understand.
They mentioned it’s gonna take another seven minutes to get this taken care of all the meanwhile the food is still getting cold and drinks are getting warm. And it took an extra 15 minutes My personal opinion is they should have remade the entire order or at least done something to help me out in the experience that I had. But I got nothing I got and I’m sorry, and they even took the extra fry. Like what the hell is that they make a mistake and I get punished? Check your go when you order online. I got a silly I’m sorry about that. I understand, but I feel if you made the mistake and gave me the extra fries, but not the burger taking the extra fries from me was kind of a slap in the face. because then I’m like oh you didn’t pay for that so you don’t get that but I paid for the burger and I didn’t get that either and while I’m waiting for it to be corrected meanwhile my food is getting cold . Appreciate the fine service and empathy that I have Bill Gray’s on Chili ave portrayed this night. Keep it classy.

This location does a really nice job. The fried foods come out nice and crisp. The manager here runs this location very well. In the past, if I had an issues (due to new employees training) with the orders he personally handles it and does a wonderful job. This location is very clean. The service is very quick. I ordered a chicken tender meal and a burger meal and they had it bagged and ready in 10 minutes!

A garbage plate is one of my must haves when I come through the Rochester area and Bill Gray’s definitely has a great plate!
It’s an order at the counter and pick up your food type place but the employees are friendly and helpful. Food delivery is pretty quick as well. Prices are reasonable as well.

Waited 20 minutes for two small shakes. The staff is just so unaware of their surroundings,Homeless woman sleeping in the lobby,with a suitcase, the Nothing be done about it. The soda machine sounds like it’s going to explode when you use it. Gurgling gargling. Just no.

Ordered 2 cheeseburger meals on a Sunday at 1:30 PM that took over 35 minutes to get.
Only come here if you want to sit for over 30 minutes and watch 9 people do nothing except try to figure out how to make a peanut butter shake.
The benches are super uncomfortable here too. 0/10 would not recommend.

Came here for dinner tonight on a whim while we were in the area. Service was very good – all of the staff members were very friendly, and our order was accurate. A bit spendy for fast food, but the quality is worth it.
Cons: main dining room was INCREDIBLY hot. Was the A/C broken? Are they being cheap with the air conditioning? I don’t think so because the tap room area was very cool.
